I ate at Cristina’s Restaurant for the first time last night, and let me say I was very impressed. I ordered their famous Chicken Mofongo, and it was really, really hard to finish it. The portion was enormous! The sauce they brought to pour over the Mofongo was so flavorful, and made it such a great comfort dish. I will say you should definitely consider splitting a Mofongo with someone if you order it. The restaurant’s decor and lighting makes it feel, as if you are in a restaurant in Dominican Republic!

Decent Dominican food in a rather spartan setting. I got the impression that I was having lunch in someone’s extra long living room. The service was friendly, courteous and patient. The beers could have been colder but the chicken soup tasted like your grandma made it. Slow down as your looking for it or you’ll miss it.

The food is always delicious. The service was excellent. The lovely ladies that work there really want you to enjoy your meal. The music and drinks where incredible and I think I have a crush on the owner, a beautiful Latina lady. Let me tell you she can cook. You should try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

My friend brought our lunch to us, I had a yummy chicken wrap and my hubby had a steak sandwich. Excellent food. We will definitely eat there when we are in that area… thank you

It more of a small latin bar than a restaurant, little menu options. I ordered the shrimp mofongo in garlic sauce and the sauce was thin as water, not a sauce at all but my mom order the rice and hen and that was pretty good. They have a full bar yet the waitress told me they don’t make margarita so I just ordered a shot and a beer.

Went here because we wanted really good mofongo. If we weren’t so hungry we wouldn’t have stayed because the music was beyond obnoxiously loud. But we stayed, and although we sat side by side and couldn’t hold a conversation. We both ordered camarofongo, which was pretty good, but too dry to eat all of it.

Despite this Google page saying it is open until 2am, and their own Facebook page saying they close at midnight, I stopped by at 10:45 and it was closed with no lights on or signs of life. Thanks for the wasted trip.
