Holy cow. Holy crap. Oh my God! I want to talk about the sushi. I can’t believe how much Sushi they have. The prices are fantastic. This is one of the best sushi places in Dane county. The sandwiches are great. I also love the pasta salad. Keep on making those gigantic croissant sandwiches. Never stop making those!

I think they have weekly meetings to identify what they do right, and then come up with ideas on how to eliminate that. And of course, don’t train anyone on your new practices, just tell them to all say I don’t know go ask someone else so customers can walk around aimlessly searching down employee after employee to get the same- not my problem, I don’t know, and/or not my department standard response. “Helpful smile in every isle?” Not even remotely close. Train your staff!
