Me and my friend just got back from trying the buffet and…. WE WERE SOOOO DISAPPOINTED….
The food options were so limited… the old china kitchens habachi section had more options than the entire restaurant and there is no desert only hard Chinese donuts. Though nothing was disgusting, the food was mediocre. The only food item that was good was the mushrooms. The dumpling were not labeled. Also since the place was new clearly some more renovations need to be done as the wood on Buffett area was pealing off at the bottom. The service was non-existent, no came to check on us, give us refills or take away our plates. Truly the most appalling thing was seeing someone come out from the KITCHEN in FLIP-FLOPS… health dept HELLO…. Now I’m not trying to hurt a small business but truly things should get adjusted before the buffet continues.

sadly, not good. we were so excited to have an asian buffet back in germantown. but there isn’t much in terms of food options- a lot of the food was either very bland, tasted freezer burnt or was actually still frozen inside, more specifically the dumplings and bao bun. hopefully they will improve, but we had a very disappointing visit, especially for $40 for 2 adults and a child.

We were so excited to see another Asian restaurant move into this space. Our first visit here was for a family birthday party. We tried many things, and they were all excellent. Soup dumplings, chicken dumplings, scallion, pancakes, fried rice, lo mein, general Tsao’s, Taro milk tea, egg drop soup, ALL WERE EXCELLENT! Server was very attentive. This will be a new go to restaurant!

Had a fantastic experience here! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were incredibly attentive. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented. It’s clear they care about the details, definitely a new favorite spot!

Decent Chinese takeout.
The prices are comparable to nearby places and each item comes with a good amount of food. Each entree comes with a side of rice, but there isn’t as much rice included as I would have liked or normally get with takeout.
The vegetable lo mein was good. It was cooked nicely, nice portion, but it was very sesame oil tasting.
The orange chicken tasted more like General Tsao’s because it was more spicy than sweet, and it came with brocolli but it wasn’t incorporated into the dish. Still good, just not what I expected for orange chicken.
The beef and brocolli was very good and the best I have had. The sauce was really savory and the beef was cooked perfectly.
The milk tea was good as well, but it comes with rainbow jelly instead of tapioca pearls and it doesn’t indicate that when you order it.

The food was average and the service was very poor. When we arrived for dinner, we were the only ones in the restaurant. We ordered a can of Coke and a can of Diet Coke (per the menu), which are stored in a sliding glass door refrigerator by the entrance. Despite what we ordered, we were served 2 flat Diet Cokes, from a warm 2 liter bottle, with minimal ice. A short time later another couple came in and they were also served 2 flat Diet Cokes. When we asked to switch the drinks we were served for the cans we had ordered, 2 cans of Diet Coke were brought out, despite reminding the server that we had originally ordered a Coke and a Diet Coke. The other couple in the restaurant also requested to exchange their drinks for cans at this time. It took a while for the Coke to arrive, most of our food was at the table by the time it arrived, but we were fortunate to have been given silverware before our food arrived – the other couple had to get their own silverware from the buffet after their food was dropped off. No additional customers came into the restaurant while we were there, which makes it hard to understand why the service was so poor.

Excited to see a new restaurant in this location. We shared a variety of items including pork egg roll, veggie spring rolls, soup dumplings, cheese wontons, scallion pancakes and fruit sweet buns. Soup dumplings (when we managed to keep the soup from leaking before getting them into the spoon) were awesome – highly recommend. Per my daughter, proper technique is to put them in the special spoon, then pierce with chopsticks, so the soup runs into the spoon and you don’t burn your mouth. Cheese wonton (crab rangoon) was excellent – light and crispy with flavorful filling. Fruit buns are worth it just because they are so cute, although texture and flavor may not appeal to everyone. Service was excellent. We will definitely go back; looking forward to trying the buffet and other menu items.
