I ordered my food fresh to order. It came out hot and freshly made, but unfortunately it had no flavor at all. Shortly after eating, I became very sick. My stomach immediately started cramping and balling up it was an awful feeling.
I called the restaurant to request a refund. The employee who answered gave me the manager’s phone number right away. I called the manager three separate times. The last time, the voicemail prompt asked me to state my name, but no one returned my call. I then called the restaurant back and was told I would have to wait for the manager.
I finally did get in touch with the manager. At first, he questioned what I ordered and said his store doesn’t sell that. I repeated the order and explained exactly where I purchased the food from. He then asked for the ticket number from the receipt and assured me my money would be refunded back to my card on Wednesday. I waited and waited, but the refund was never returned and there has been no further response.
Getting sick after eating is already bad enough, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service made the experience even worse. Very disappointing.

first time visiting here and wow I’m impressed! I ordered togo and the staff was incredibly friendly and gave me extra sauce without having to pay because I forgot my credit card. So kind!! I ordered the two roll special, a side of hibachi chicken, and a side of a vegetables. It came with plenty of sauce and the sushi was incredibly fresh and of high-quality. The to go containers of chicken and vegetables were stuffed full. They did not skimp out on the amount of chicken and veggies. I was very shocked at what a great deal it was! To know that I can get such great service as well as food right near my house is awesome stuff. they also allow you to get reward points with each order. Those reward points build and I believe for every 100 reward points, you get $10 off.

they also have indoor dining with little booths. So you can go and sit down and eat. The restaurant was very clean.
I will be back, and next time, I’ll bring friends! thanks for such great service and yummy food.

8.18.24 We stopped in here on sunday, august eighteen four and early dinner. Party of two. The restaurant was empty and we walked up to the counter and placed our order. I did walk by a sign that said face coverings, we’re required but I feel that was just an old sign that was not taken down because the gentleman of the cash register was not masked.

We placed our order and took a seat and once the order was ready, the gentleman brought it out to us in to go containers. Our drinks were served in plastic cups.

We ordered the shrimp tempurara rolls x 2, a california role as well as spring rolls.

The flavor was fantastic. The only complaint I would have is that the shrimp temporer rolls were not rolled tight enough and the rice was not packed on tight and have said they completely fell apart every time we tried to pick up a piece.

The tables were all stocked with hand sanitizer.

This is a great place to stop in for a quick bite of sushi and they have hibachi and poke bowls, so the menu is great. We did not try any of that other than the sushi rolls.

The restaurant was clean and spacious easily. You could get a wheelchair through here. The temperature was a bit warm in here for the middle of august in charleston.

The absolute height of food in the area and the only Chinese worth getting in WA.
It’s small, unassuming, and discretly tucked into a strip mall, but it is absolutely worth your time.
We had a bunch of sushi rolls, a teriyaki chicken, and a Mongolian beef bowl…multiple times…multiple days…in a row. Each time was perfect and felt better than the last! I loved it so much that I got some for a flight out of Charleston as my in-flight meal.
All the food is served in to-go containers, but they could serve this masterpiece in a trash can, and it would still be great.
Recommended highly!

I’m visiting from New York State and i wanted something different. I ordered the steak and shrimp fried rice bowl. It was amazingly good. The steak wasn’t cooked well done, but I guess i didn’t ask for it. The service was nice and fast. Staff was great. I hope to revisit this place before I leave next week or I’ll definitely be back when I return.

People rave about this place, so I bought soba noodles with chicken . Why advertise soba noodles if it’s thin spaghetti. Also, the chicken looks questionable. I’m pregnant and was excited to eat something that I was craving, but now im nervous that im probably going to get food poisoning. Waste of $15.

I’m sad to write this but kanji has gone significantly downhill.
The last handful of visits the sauce gets less and less and more watery too. The quality of the meat has gone down imo. /: maybe it’s shrinkflation. Good luck kanji thanks for the good times previously.

Ordered take out and was severely disappointed. The food portions were small, very greasy. The sushi was gas station quality at best and was thrown out.

We paid $80 and threw most of the food away.

Whether you’re ordering online or in the establishment, you can do so with ease. When you get there, if you don’t want to order with then directly, they have a tablet you can order on or if you just wanna see the prices, you can look at them on the tablet.
My family and I absolutely love this place! I love their hibachi shrimp and the rice is so addicting lol. My daughter always get the shrimp fried rice and they always give a filling amount. We tried the kani salad, and that was delicious as well. Def a go to spot!
