I came here to get a good sub. What disappointed me is when I asked for banana peppers I expect banana peppers. Not banana pepper STEMS. I had 4 banana pepper stems in my sub. Biting into my sub and having banana pepper stems made my sub bitter. Plus, there was cross contamination among the vegetables because I tasted jalapenos and I dislike jalapenos. What if I was allergic? What if there is cross contamination among the other vegetables and someone else is in serious harm? The bathroom needs a changing table as well. So, over all I’m very disappointed.

Worst subway I’ve ever had! Whomever was working today clearly didn’t care whatsoever….simple order….steak & cheese with spinach, tomato, olives, & guacamole. No spinach.. .ok moving on….half portion of meat, a whole 12 rings of olives’ and hardly a smidge of guacamole. Tomatoes were the star of the sandwich. First time I left a subway still hungry. Will not return.

Stopped in to get some subs for my family. Macy was my sandwich maker. She barely said two words to me, didn’t smile not once and after taking my payment she walked away without bagging my food or offering my receipt. Just seemed bothered to be there. I understand everyone has their bad days but, when you work with the public you have to learn to fake it just a little bit. Her attitude just brought down the entire atmosphere around her and was less than pleasurable to deal with.

I have been to many subway restaurants where they display the meats through the glass display so the customer can actually see what they are ordering. Not the case in this location. The meats were covered by a metallic cover which made it impossible to customers to see what they are getting. I asked to see their teriyaki chicken and the employee scooped a sample from under the metallic contraption and it was old and dried. I refused to order anything from there and left the establishment for fear of getting old meat that sat around for a while. Covering the meats is deceiving and definitely looks like they are covering something other than the meats. I will never go there again.

Did an online pick up order, the two ladies who we’re working, had a packed house. Lots of high schoolers. They worked diligently, and they even talked to me when I walked in! They made my sandwiches great and they were even apologetic for the wait. Which, I didn’t wait long. Great workers, great service, sandwiches were great too! Thank so much for sharing kindness today! We will be back.

I went today with my boyfriend to get me a sandwich. Kayla was very nice 🙂 there was some trouble with the other worker as he was unfortunately bothering Miss Kayla. However, she handled it very professionally and gave me good quality service. Thank you for being so nice, praying for you girl!!
