I have purchased four different sandwiches from this Subway over the past month. I haven’t been to a Subway in many years and didn’t realize at first what I was missing.

Now, I’m not sure if this is an across-the-board change, but the sandwiches are pathetic! There is barely anything in them (see photos) and they don’t look anything like the advertise photo.

To make matters worse while the staff is friendly, they really weren’t very helpful. I had placed an online order and paid an extra $.60 for a bottled iced tea. When my husband went to pick up the order, they refused to let me have it saying that I had to pay extra for that. He explained that I did, and showed the order to the employee. But she still argued.

Two times we ordered the pretzel but they didn’t give us the cheese sauce. When we asked for it, they tried to give us mustard and didn’t want to give us the cheese sauce. When I got the cheese sauce, it was ice cold and useless.

I got fed up and ended up going to Sourdough Co. who made a fantastic sandwich. See photo!

I manage a restaurant, so I absolutely understand that mistakes happen, and I’ll tolerate a lot. This place, however, goes far beyond simply making mistakes and is just completely apathetic.
This location is apparently incapable of correctly packing an online order. They’ve never once managed to get an order correct for me. There are literally always missing or incorrect items, and there’s never a manager on duty to speak with.
Basically, their entire afternoon staff need to be replaced with people who actually pay attention. Today, I was missing my drinks. Yesterday, I only got half a sandwich.
Order from the location on Stony Point or on Yulupa; this one isn’t worth your business. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Show up 40 minutes before close to unlocked door and lit “open” sign just to get dismissed and told they are closed. Employees dont want to work.

I’ve never been to a subway that has more consistently messed up my orders. Today my online order was 30 minutes late… for pickup, and was missing items on the sandwiches. When I pointed this out, I was told I was the wrong one. Yeah, never going back

Every subway in Santa Rosa closes AT LEAST 30min early. The franchise owner clearly isn’t a functional business owner so I wouldn’t trust anything from any of these subways.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The employee was more focused on asking me random questions than making my sandwich. It was supposed to be a hot sandwich, I took a bite as soon as I got it, it wasn’t hot or even warm. The ingredients were not spread evenly, (Spinach on one side and cucumbers and onions on the other, Not The way I ordered it at all). The ends of the bread are hard as a rock. The employee only used one glove and consistently touched the food and the handles of things with the ungloved hand. I am almost positive this Subway is a bacteria breeding ground.
Save yourself! do not go here.

Not sure how a 6 inch “4.99” sub of the day totaled out to 8$ while they allowed a homeless person to camp out in there.

App sends you in circles with a text for password reset, online wants you to pay with no way to use coupon, store says there’s no wait you don’t have to order ahead. Now there’s 4 people ahead of me in line. Guess there was a reason I stopped going to Subway.

You have to get a deluxe and spend extra money just to get the same sandwich that every other subway serves normally and the veggies were old.
I understand it is expensive to run a restaurant of any kind but it is even more expensive when customers don’t come back. I will be visiting a different subway from now on.
