I live pretty close to here and I go here frequently but I have gone for my last time today. Staff is always friendly but getting coffee here is like playing Russian roulette, there’s a chance that your coffee is going to be SOUR. The amount of times I end up pouring my coffee down the drain is embarrassing. There shouldn’t be a world where I’m spending $6 on a coffee and it tastes like I shouldn’t be drinking it.

Location looked really nice an updated. The parking lot however was horrible. Employees also need some service lessons. Guy didnt even say a word to me as I went through the drive through. Just handed me my drink and shut the window.

This particular location is most updated store I’ve seen and it was lovely..I love the cleanliness also how the donuts we’re on display at the register for us to see, usually they are behind the counter in a case built into the wall so I really enjoyed that. The staff was very friendly and swift with my order. I was glad I came inside instead of drive-thru..

Coffee and drinks were good, donuts holes were a little dry, but my kids didn’t complain. We were given a few extra than we asked for too so that was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and professional. Everything was clean inside too.

Definitely a good staff here at the time of review. I got my first drink faster than I could pull out my card to pay. The woman running the register was kind, had a good sense of humor and was patient definitely very customer oriented. All the workers were busy and conducted themselves professionally and one even asked if I had everything while my second drink was being made which I thought was nice. Maybe my standards are low because I’ve received poor customer service from other restaurants lately but I definitely felt appreciated as a customer while here. Will definitely return for their delicious dunkalatte ☕

This location can never get an order right. We have gone here probably over 20 times since they have opened and probably 80% of the time they get our order wrong with the food. Avocado bacon toast never have the bacon on it. Egg cheese sausage or bacon sandwiches always are missing any extra meat your order and PAY EXTRA for. We have had MISSING items from our order. The only items they get right are drinks. The works needs to actually read the orders before throwing items into a bag.

It was not closing time, and I was denied to make an order. The person did not apologize and just said we’re closing. This happened on the drive-through. I’ve gone to other locations and they always take my order even past 7pm.
