This is your basic Subway restaurant providing most of the standard expectations. I’m guessing that the location of this store results in lower evening traffic and that resources are perhaps somewhat constrained as a result. At 7:30pm, there were only a few loaves of sandwich bread available, leaving me with the choice of white or rye only. Apart from that, service was friendly, the sandwich was good and all of the toppings appeared to be fresh. Parking is in the rear and accessed through the adjacent alley or nearby side street – there’s a limited number of spaces that could make finding a spot somewhat challenging during popular meal times, but at 7:30pm, it was wide open. There is also a rear entrance to the store from the parking lot, which is rather convenient. Overall, a decent option for a quick sandwich – I’d be happy to return.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 8:10pm at this location. I showed up at within a minute or two of 8pm to a restaurant with no staff visible anywhere in the restaurant. In fact, I would have thought the location was closed except for two people already dining at a table.

I waited at the counter for about five or six minutes, which seemed like a long time for someone to be on a bathroom break or something, so I asked the patrons if they knew where the staff had gone, and they said they were not sure. I shouted “hello!” toward the back of the store (by now it was 8:08pm), and immediately, the Subway worker (a young man) appeared in the doorway that goes to the back room. I said that I had placed a mobile order, and he grabbed a printed receipt on the counter and said “yeah, that’s supposed to be ready at 8:10pm.” Indeed, the order was ready at 8:10pm, but I would be a much happier customer if I didn’t have to stand around doing nothing for almost ten minutes, instead of someone actually being in the restaurant to welcome me and do what they can to help me be on my way.

This was a fail for this location’s customer service. My pickup experience aside, the worker also seemed to not follow the instructions I had given in the app. I had asked for extra lettuce, and the sandwich had regular to light lettuce. Next time, I will go somewhere else. 🙁

Not the greatest experience at this location. The food was actually good and it was fresh. I ordered a veggie on a 6 inch. The issue was service was extremely slow (I was in there from walk in to departure (I ordered to go), roughly 20 minutes.

When I walked in, I received a stare from the employee who showed me she wasn’t happy I was there. There were 2 people in front of me in line. I will say I understand likely why she looked at me that way, as she was all by herself in the shop. 1 person to handle the sandwich making, cashier, cleaning, stocking, etc… I don’t think that was fair for her, and I do believe she was trying her best.

What I also liked about the employee was the fact that after she took the order and made the sandwich, rang the person up, and collected the cash, she washed her hand in between each time, and put on fresh gloves. She knew her food safety protocols and I truly appreciated that! Kudos to the Lone Ranger at this facility, but shame on management for allowing her to run solo during lunch hours….

My friend and I went to this subway and we were helped by Violet, Victoria and Mark. The sandwiches were fantastic, made with care and great service. The light in the restroom was not working. I was able to finally use the restroom and the service repair person was called before we left the store. These three employees were really helpful, kind, and very efficient with help with the restroom and helping other customers at the same time. Great experience, we will be back!

We went here today around 1:55 and the lady was so rude. I didn’t get her name but she had long blond hair in braids.
* She had an attitude as if she was annoyed to make our sandwiches,
* Rolling her eyes
* Complaining to her coworker about baking the bread
And when she rang us up, she had no knowledge of how to bring up my coupon on app or didn’t offer to help ( buy 1 get 1 ) so we ended up not using it.
Hopefully she isn’t manager here. And I felt really bad for the young man working with her.

As we were travelling with a teenager, we discovered Subway hit the spot for him for lunches. Two places were near to our resort and the food was always fresh. One afternoon, the place was packed and we had to wait about 15 minutes to place our order. The young staff was pleasant and kept a smile on even though they were under a great deal of pressure. Kudos to them.

Restaurant is clean but I got sick the last 2 times eating at this location. I got the new philly steak and the meat was barely warm and had a taste and texture similar to tuna that was 2 months ago. I decided to try them again yesterday and got the supreme meat footlong and it tasted really good actually but again 6 hours later my stomach started gurgling and I spent most of the night in the bathroom. I have no food allergies and never had food poisoning before so I dont know what was up with this location. Anyone else ever have an issue here? Also one person was working but he was polite and did a good job

Although extremely busy today, my experience here was very nice. There was a woman and young man working and they kept smiling through the nonstop customers coming in. The were very nice, excellent customer service and made some delicious sandwiches. Thanks again!!!

Always good! My chips were stale and when I had let the girl know about this issue she smiled with a big smile, and said oh so sorry about that go ahead and grab yourself another bag of chips. Her response was very nice and I enjoyed my visit there

Their lunchtime crew was killing it today! In and out in five minutes and everyone was super friendly and warm and they made a great sandwich – not like the wimpy ones you get sometimes! Parking can be tricky, but if you’re in the Village it’s perfect walking distance from the main streets.
