After 2 terrible taco experiences in the Crofton area, this was my 3rd day determined to find good tacos as I do not live in Maryland.
I was able to order with ease. I got 2 barbacoa tacos, 1 pollo, 1 pastor, and 1 carne asada. All were delicious!! They tasted fresh. They were truly flavorful. Even the chicken taco.
The only thing was that the tortillas fell apart. I wasn’t watching to see if they made them there or not. But they split open when going to take a bite.
They also had a cabbage habanero salsa and that was rico. I would definitely come back here and I’d recommend this truck for anyone that just wants tacos!! I wish I discovered the truck sooner. It would have saved me 2 days of eating terrible tacos from other places.

Tacos were amazing! Especially the Suadero. Seriously, the saudero was great and the star of the show. I also tried the fish taco and the chorizo.

Absolutely outstanding!! Their tacos al pastor and carnitas tacos were fantastic. I’m really like that they use one tortilla instead of two for each taco. I can’t believe I’ve driven by this place a hundred times and missed it. This is my new go-to place for tacos!!

Went here twice and place has very decent tacos.
Al pastor – the Al pastor is so we’ll seasoned here. The chunks are minced to Oblivion nor too large for the tacos. Def one of the highlight tacos of the truck.
Carne asada – lightly seasoned sirlion steak. Plenty of steak but the seasoning wasn’t there for me. It’s really for steak lovers who just want to chew allot of steak.
Lengua – tender beef tongue slightly salted to melt in your mouth. If you have never tried beef tongue, try this and you will instantly become a fan.
Carnitas – tender, well seasoned, and juciy pork. The pork has Abit of spice added with a great marinade. Some lime juice on top and this taco is perfect.
Chorizo – spicy and well seasoned sausage smoked to perfection. This is for anyone looking for a little bit of heat in their tacos.
Fried fish – hands down very authentic whole fried fish. They give you everything so you can pull the fish apart and make fish taco. Comes with rice and beans. Great if you like picking a big piece of fish.
Would come for another visit. Price is on point. Food is well made, authentic, and minimal. I would update to a 5 star if the food seasoning was consistent. I had one visit where there wasn’t enough seasoning and the next visit in which seasoning was on point.

Carne Asada was nicely cooked tortillas frescas , cebolla y cilantro with your tacos , salsa Verde was good and very nice people. Five tacos cost me $18 but they are decent size with a decent amount of meat! Good place coming again for my Taco fix when I go to MD again.
