The staff here is very friendly. There was one staff member and two customers in line. The lady working got our orders completed quickly. She was very efficient.
My sandwich was to my liking. The sandwich is what you would expect to get from a chain restaurant.
The eating area was clean and it was properly distanced.
I would definitely eat here again.

About the laziest operations I’ve ever seen. Order 4 sub platers, gentleman working said they would be done in 30 min
Arrive just after a phone call from the lady working saying they need another 1.5hr
Walk in to find an empty store and her cell phone with no care to even make a single sub until sir was available to do it

People are never ready to start your order always nowhere to be seen. Takes a long time for anyone to come help the customer and really bad customer service skills. Lack if training is my guess or maybe laziness.

Slow. Took 10 minutes before anyone showed up. The guy that took my order had terrible customer service skills. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him. He moved as fast as someone who hates their job but knows they get paid hourly would move.

I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch to go but got tuna instead of chicken. By the time I noticed, my bus was already on the road. They have a new deli fridge that does not let you see the meats and cheeses. otherwise I would have noticed.i was also not handed my receipt.

The girl who attends, who is pregnant, is very rude and serves you the ingredients that she wants. Very bad service. I do not recommend it and, apart from that, she charged me for the guacamole when she put very little in it.

I ordered and paid using my credit card but I forget to ask for my receipt. Before I finish wit my meal, I request the cashier for my ticket, she just said that is not possible to provide me the ticket.
I offer to provide my cred card # but at the end I do not have my receipt.
Based on this experience, this is not a good costumer service at this location.

Only 1 SLOW person working. He is not proactive at all. He only makes 1 sandwich at a time, so if he toasts the bread, he will stand there & wait, instead of starting the next person in line. My daughter walked off w/ my wallet, I told him let me run & get the money, now, he has a long line, I come back, he’s standing there at the register waiting for me to pay .. very bad service. A sheriff in front of me was even asking him why is there only 1 person here? On top of that SLOW

Do not place large orders here. I ordered a variety of 60 box lunches and they arrived with only meat and cheese and without any labels so you couldn’t tell the difference. When I asked where the labels were, I was told that they weren’t given that instruction so they didn’t label anything… The managers response was “sorry” and brought a veggie tray over 2 hours after they were picked up and lunch was over.
