The food was good, although my gorditos surprised me as corn rather than wheat. The flavors were good and the food was in well-sized portions. A lot of options regarding proteins, meal assemblies or combos.

Such amazing food and service! My husband and I stopped by for dinner and loved everything we tried. We had Asada tacos with rice & beans. Pozole. Chips & Guacamole. Elote. Horchata. Churros. We would recommend everything. Best guacamole i’ve ever had. The elote was perfect. You cannot go wrong with anything here. Will definitely be back again!

We just ordered steak tacos, a beef tamale and chips with guacamole.
Never again.
The tamale was hard, dry and seemed over microwaved. The chips were extremely greasy and salty. Soaked with grease like they had been fried twice.
I couldn’t eat the tacos. The taste was disgusting and reminded me of how old dish water smells.
It’s Sad and disappointing to throw food away and waste money.
Save your time, money and tastebuds. There are Plenty of other places to order from.

Right next to Spring Valley Laundomat. Open Tuesday thru Sunday. Very good. And cheap. I got two deep fried tacos. Elote. Can of coke. 9.00. Excellent taco! Elote made different. Sweeter. Very good. I will be back

Gorditas are $3.50 and the size are perfect for the price. I don’t think they are the best gordita’s I’ve had, Fajitas in LaSalle are still better. Theirs are, however, twice the price but not twice the size. If I was in the area, two of these for $7 is a good price and meal. I would definitely swing by more if I was in the area. I do think that when they stuff the gorditas that they should toss all the ingredients together because as it is now you end up with all the meat at the bottom of the gordita. There were no refried beans in this gordita though. I really enjoyed the salsa(sauce) as well as it doesn’t taste like you think it would like a regular red sauce. It’s much richer in flavor while not being very spicy. I do also want to say that it was rather cold inside, which if customer’s are not comfortable it does not matter how good the food is, they will have a less than good time.

I have to say I really like this place! It is a great addition to the Spring Valley area. I am an avid fan of tacos and tasty Mexican cuisine,and this place certainly fits the bill. Its a small and limited menu,but everything it very good. Prices a also not very bad for what you get there. The tacos right now are $2.75 and well worth it! Their red sauce is the right kind of spicy with a balance of heat and great flavor. I highly recommend this local spot to anyone. Enjoy
