The food is never cooked well fries are always over done or never cooked enough. Burgers are always over cooked the quality is terrible honestly go to any other McDonald’s

I waited 50min!!! in the drive through during breakfast. They told me since I ordered steak I would need to park after I paid fine I get that. However 25 extra minutes after parking I still didn’t have my food. When the food finally came out I got home and nothing was what I ordered. No steak, no McGriddles, nothing at all what I ordered. The ownership really needs to evaluate the staff and if they should continue business. Please avoid at all costs!! Only nice spot was the young lady working the window very nice and apologetic.

When I place my order, the worker sounded so upset that he even had to take my order. I understand not liking your job and just working it to get some cash but it’s not my fault that you chose to work there. I went up to the window and I paid for my food. Then, proceeded to wait ten minutes after getting the wrong size drink as well for the food to be done. I had asked for 2 meals and one $1 promotional fry and the associate didn’t get my order right. When I told them I was missing a fry
He said, oh, you didn’t pay for it.You’re gonna have to pay for it if you want the fry cause I only charged you one meal. I had already waited 15 minutes for my $30 order. And he was telling me I had to wait longer and get charged more than I originally would have. This place sucks, I tolerate since it’s the closest place nearby and I always regret going here.

The staff was super nice! They are my favorite Mcdonalds that accommodates my sons allergy correctly. I really appreciate it! I had to do my first review ever for this place after reading the other nasty ones, sorry to anyone who doesn’t get the amazing experience I have always gotten!!

I have never been turned down for service and asked to leave after an error on the stores side. They haven’t updated their menus and they still show 99cents for an ice cream. Not only did the manager refuse to honor the listed price, but he took away my free ice cream reward that I was attempting to use. On another occasion I came into to order an ice coffee before work, it was 30 mins before they were even scheduled to close. There wasn’t a single person behind me. I guess brewing a cup of coffee is also too difficult for this same evening manager with the curly hair. If customer service and food listed at the correct price are what you are looking for, this is not the place to go. Jack n the Box down the street has excellent friendly service and serves coffee all day without ever telling you they are done making that for the day.

Took my little siblings out for a fun treat. Can I just say the service staff who do the ice cream cones do it to perfection. It is such a perfect swirl it blows my mind. I used to work at an ice cream shop and mine never came out looking like that Definetly will be back again soon!

Seems like every time we stop by this place they are out of something. Not sure why they are unable to keep ice cream? Tried to get 2 cones today and was told they were out of ice cream. Does that mean no shakes or other ice cream products? Pretty sad. Macdonald’s out of ice cream? This happens a lot at this location. If they aren’t out, their ice cream machine is out of order. Must be very poor management or maybe no management??

This is the 3rd time I have ordered on the app. Only to show up and the grill isn’t on. They only are serving drinks . The lady this time was super rude. Told us she didn’t know how to work the grill. Turn off mobil orders if you can’t do the job. Lost all customer service.

Welcome to 2025. Nobody to take your order or help you if you need something that didn’t come out with you initial order. Pay top dollar to order your own food from a screen and hope it’s right because the staff won’t help. I miss the 90s.

It was 9am when we got there. Ordered at the drive thru which was empty. No cars in front and no cars in the back of us. Ordered 6 McMuffins an at the window we asked the girl if she could give us 10 instead. She rolled her eyes and gave us a rude attitude. Terrible customer service.
