This is one of the better Jack in the box locations that I’ve been to regarding service. The service is generally good and the food doesn’t take too long to get served. This location is in a rougher area of Turlock but that is not the fault of the manager or of this Jack in the box. The manager here has his work cut out for him as he has to commute everyday from the Bay area. He is however friendly and will chat with the customers at the counter at times.

Why should DoorDash get the bad review when you’re the ones that never put the sauces or napkins in the bags.. if I order tacos, French fries or onion rings, I should get taco sauce, ketchup and ranch dressing.. you have no spot to request it in the DoorDash app, but I think it should be given that somebody would want it.. your companies just lazy and cheap!!

Senior citizens or customers are expected to drink there coffee extremely hot while being rushed out of the restaurant after 1 refill. I think these situations need to be addressed correctly also there is trash all over the outside and the bathroom is always a mess! Review Changed Due To Changes At The Locations

I was soooo craving an Oreo shake for the longest time till the other day, we arrived here. Ordered chicken tenders as I haven’t had that in years.
It’s either large or small for Oreo shakes and I completely forgot how “BIG” a large is until…… (see pics)
Got one for Dad and he loved it! I don’t think he ever had one??
He finished his while I stuck mine in freezer for later lol
4 Tenders where different. Looked like Dairy Queen or kfc tenders , with tons of crunch on the outside and not the usual large “size breast” type tenders that I was used too.
Tasted a little different but not sure if they changed the style or not, but I’ll have to come back again and order from “numbered item” for the tender meal.
Overall. They were nice in drive thru and were quick. If it takes long, it’s because their freshly making it and not stored in “warm containers”…

I was not allowed to upgrade the size of my drink as I always do, so I had to cancel my entire order. I order a medium drink separately, as it was the only way he would give me a medium, and i was handed a small cup and told they changed the sizes, but I was not given any notice, and i could not upgrade as I had already payed. They were also very rude throughout the process, and laughing.
