I cannot express enough what a difference this location is compared to the one on president ave! Location is SUPER clean, girls are super friendly, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of being helped by kenzie & lexi. They had such awesome attitudes had my boyfriend and I cracking up laughing!!! The food was absolutely delicious! Nice and fresh! I was torn on what to get for coffee and kenzie actually reccomended creme brulee as a flavor & im genuinely happy she did because the coffee was the best! Im so genuinely impressed with this location, its a little further from my house but thats ok ill GLADLY always come back to this location every single time! Great work girls!!!! Keep up the good work! The community needs more customer service employees like this! 10/10

I got the cacoila, egg, & cheese sandwich with a bolo roll. Had lots of flavor and was absolutely delicious! They toasted the roll, so it was nice and warm and hit the spot! The only downside about the whole thing is that it was a little messy to eat because of the crumbs and juice from the meat. The tater tots were nice and crispy too! If I had thought to order an orange juice, it would have made the perfect breakfast/brunch meal! All in all, I really enjoyed it and would happily come here again to try some other menu items.

I have to give credit where it is due, Lisa ran this place effortlessly. Amazing customer service and she didn’t miss a beat. She was working alongside newer members (also did great) and she was able to take orders, assist the crew, and make orders without breaking a sweat and still smiling along the way. Major kudos to her! 10/10

I come here quite frequently for coffee, and a sandwich. I used to come in because of the happy and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately that has changed greatly in the last few weeks. The women who makes the food has absolutely no customer service. With that said the way she talks down to the other employees with customers in the store is completely unnecessary, and inappropriate i can’t imagine how she talks to her coworkers without customers in the store. No wonder there is always new faces in this location.

***First post ** Multiple visits before this one . Walked in server asked for order , got bacon egg an cheese on croissant, I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE DONT HAVE LINE AROUND BUILDING ALL DAY .?? Croissant that didn’t crumble eggs cooked perfectly, made FRESH… also have bolos, English muffins , sweet bread . Ham, chouriso ,bacon ,sausage, ….Muffins, donuts an other pastry. COFFEE AN tots too. DONT ORSOMETHING this one .Try it ASAP.

I’ve been here several times. Everyone has always been super friendly. I’ve always received my order quickly. The food is made fresh to order. My go-to is an egg and cheese on a croissant. I’ve had two different types of ice lattes. Both have been delicious. Although this last one made “pretty,” was too much sugar for me to handle at 10AM. Still delicious. My daughter loves their watermelon lemonade. 10/10.

Went there the other day , got a sausage, egg & cheese on a Asiago bagel it was DELICIOUS!!!! My pistachio iced coffee with oat milk was also so yummy!!!! All the staff were very helpful, cheerful and pleasant. I’m definitely going back very soon. ❤️

The woman who was on window today seriously needs to learn how to work in customer service. She just stared at me waiting for money without telling me my total, was practically silent, and just gave death stares. Also forgot to hand me half of my order and just asked “why I was still waiting” I’ve worked in a drive thru, it’s not hard to at least fake being semi polite.

While I was there waiting for my order this morning, I watched one employee completely berate another in front of customers. She complained up and down about her coworker and all the customers, myself included, were right there listening. I felt so bad for the employee as ANYTHING she did, her coworker had some snarky remark about. She couldn’t even take my order without her coworker interrupting her multiple times. It was, overall, disgusting behavior to witness. If the employee had been concerned with her own self, my order wouldn’t have gotten lost. I waited for 15 minutes for 2 bagels and 2 coffees and was uncomfortable the entire time I waited. For a place that just opened they really need to make sure the environment their staff works in isn’t so toxic.
