Arrived around 8pm for dinner with my teenagers and hubby for father’s day as we were on a road trip. Food was good and service was nice. Waiter was very nice and gave us attention right away. Our food was served few minutes after we have ordered no complain regarding that. But I have to say that the place looks old, abandoned and restaurant smells like old furniture. The floor was little dirty and sticky around our table.
I did not use the washroom and did not eat the food from the buffet salad.

I love the food at ruby Tuesday. It’s always good quality food. It’s a little overpriced but if you get the salad bar you can usually get your money’s worth. However at this location the service is less than stellar. The servers have a tendency to ignore your requests even after asking them multiple times. They act like the cheddar biscuits come out of their paychecks. And they have even been rude a few times. I guess at this location that doesn’t matter much since the customers are mostly passing through. It’s a shame that locals here like me never come here all because the service is poor.

We were just visiting the Isles and decided to stop at the seemingly nice restaurant. The service was horrible however. Our salad plates remained on our table until the very end of meal; we waited on refills for 15 minutes; the manager brought our uncooked chicken out to the table and did not offer to fill our drinks or even remove the plates from the table. Being in food service for years in the past, I know that is a not acceptable. There was also slime in the corn on the salad bar, making it obvious that the food was old, and there were gritty pieces in the potato salad. I don’t recommend going here at all!!!!! Sincerely you should heed the message.

After a long day on the road, we stopped in at 9:00pm expecting terrible, old, and cold leftovers. We were pleasantly surprised that everything we ate was fresh and tasted delicious. Our entrees actually LOOKED like the pictures and tasted better. Service was fast and friendly as well. I wish other places would learn from this place!

Worse Ruby Tuesday! I love Ruby Tuesday and trust it will be clean and good food. As soon as we walked in I noticed the salad bar was messy and out of items. I said something as we sat down and then again later on. By the time my husband got his uncooked and still pink chicken sandwich the bar still had not be attended too. The food on the bar was also not fresh. Spoke to the manager and she said they were having a bad day. The place was empty and now I know why. We did not finish our food and left.

Service was pathetic. She dropped our menus & was gone. We had to keep asking to have our water refilled. It wasn’t that busy when we were there but the salad bar attendant couldn’t keep the items filled. The ladies room was AWFUL. The smell was like a latrine from 10 feet away. The floor was sticky & had visible footprints. When was the last time bleach water was flung through there with a mop? I would have had a better dining experience getting prepackaged sandwiches at the gas station next door.

If this was the first Ruby Tuesday’s I’ve ever been to, I would never go to another. Wow, by far, the worst experience. Server wasn’t friendly at all, she didn’t even tell us her name. My husband and I had the salad bar and the few times she came to our table, she didn’t bother to pick up the plates that were obviously piling on the table from the trips to the salad bar. She didn’t ask us how the food was or if we needed anything. The salad bar wasn’t very fresh, for eating there at noon time, it tasted like the food sat out over night!
I highly recommend you skip this place during your road travel if you’re hungry and for those who live in that city, you should take the time to choose someplace else.

Stopped otw to Florida after terrible traffic all day. Went in around 8:15pm. After being seated we were told they were out of about 75% of their menu. Not what we wanted to hear after being on the road all day. Server was nice and tried to work with us. Restaurant overall was dirty. Take my advice and stop at exit 104 or wait until Jacksonville.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on our way to Florida. It was Saturday at 6:30 so wasn’t surprised when we were told it would be 15 minute wait. I went to use rest room and noticed there were 15-20 tables empty. The hostess told everyone who came in the same thing. The kitchen was “behind”, and they were “short” on wait staff. After 25 minutes I inquired again about our table, still none available even after 10-15 people had left. We left! They lost at least 20 customers in 25 minutes.
