Today students got 1 free scoop for showing student id. When my friend went and asked, the worker rolled her eyes multiple times and very rudely said NO. There was no post sharing this and no sign. When I went to get my ice cream I asked for 2 scoops and she said “two scoops isn’t going to work” and shattered my cone and still made me pay for it and didn’t get me a new one. Customer service was absolutely awful and makes me never ever want to return. I love the ice cream but I can’t return after the service tonight.

Handsome boyfriend and I stopped in here late afternoon and had delicious ice cream. The cookie butter is divine and the Oreo cheesecake is great. He enjoyed his Netflix and chill. Good flavors and clean space.

Small parking lot. Some people walk here from the mall or chickfile’s. There’s a drive thru, probably the most used way of visiting. The inside looks hospitable but is only for 8 or 10 people at a time. There’s cake pops, cakes, & ice cream & coffee. I got a two scoop cup of pumpkin spice & frozen hot chocolate with chocolate chips. Food is very good! Staff is friendly. Hope they get a bigger place or chain soon!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this ice cream parlor/place! The ice cream was amazing! The price for 2 people wasn’t bad at all. Good quality dessert for a cool deal price. Also, the worker who was present on Friday night, 08/14, was such a great individual. She was very pleasant & bubbly! Thank you for this gem of a place.

Awful customer service.
My boyfriend and I went in. The lady was working on a cake or something. We stood there 2 minutes and she finally said I’ll be with y’all. We looked around made our selections in our head and stood there another 4 minutes. She never said another word. It really felt discriminatory. We went and patronized another ice cream shop and was help expeditiously. Never again and never had I experienced such poor care or service in all my days.
