Just waited 22 minutes for a gluten free sub, #13. I was the first one in line, no one asked about toppings, it came with none, and my food was almost given to someone else. Very disappointed.

Food was good. Terrible service. Ordered online and still had to wait 1 hour once I arrived at the store. Do not order a hot sandwich and expect quick service.

I waited close to 25 minutes for a hot sub when they told me it would be 10 minutes. It didnt even look like they had started it yet. I asked for a refund. I had other places i needed to be. If it’s going to take a long time, just tell a person. I would have just went elsewhere. My lunch break was wasted because of them. It’s the second time in a row this has happened here.

They will never scale and leaving quite a bit on the table for their brand by trying to serve both online orders and in store experience. Choose which direction you want. The slowest sub experience I have ever had. Shouldn’t have to wait for over an hour for a sub. Might return six months from now to see if has improved.

Thank you for making my family and I night much better! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly as they gave us time to look at the menu! The staff here is very kind. Jersey Mike’s is a frequent lunch spot during the workweek and they always do a good job. Very happy with the new location!

Staff moved with pronounced slowness. There was no sense of urgency despite the long line. Also, the sandwiches are kind of small and not very much meat for a ten dollar sub.
