BEAUTIFUL space! Very unique and tasteful menu and brings a new vibe to downtown. Owner showed great attention and care through our entire experience. The kitchen staff was extremely talented and thoughtful. High end feel in a small town setting! Highly recommend the Pino Grigio and saki salmon Reuben balls. Great attention to detail in every aspect of Twig and Vine!

I went with a group of friends to the wine bar on their third night being open. I was very impressed with everything! The food was unique and delicious, the service was super fast and easy (you order right from your phone), and the atmosphere was very comfy and chill. I think this will become our new go-to meet up place for girl talk and drinks in Warren

This is by far the most chill place in the city of Warren. I love choosing from the vintage habitats. Snag the open air spots first. The glassware is always a pleasent surprise. Great experience, near the river!
