Love the new curb side pick up, order right off app fast snd easy. This place is always packed but usually stocked. I cant wait for the drive thru if it ever comes to here. Nice staff here. Take advantage of rewards. Pizza is decent and tacos are ok.

They only put the essence of cream cheese on a toasted bagel. No actual cream cheese could be found. It was so thin it melted into the bagel and disappeared. ALWAYS GET EXTRA CREAM CHEESE.

Employees are rude. Was there late into the night only one in the store. A heavier set woman working behind the deli counter ignored me and proceeded to tell her co worker story time and tell a disgusting story about another customer. I will be making a corporate complaint.

Because my tire was low on air, I came to Waway and used the Air machine, but my tire was completely out of air and no one could help me. I talked to the manager but he didn’t help me. I am an Uber driver, I always buy gas and shop from Wawa, but Wawa did not help me in return. I lost 2 hours because of the air machine

Please teach your employees what professionalism means. Ordered on the app, went to designated pickup location. I saw my bag with the order sticker at the pickup place but my order wasn’t in the bag yet so I walk around waiting. I then return to the pickup location to see that the employee didn’t even have the decency to put my food into the bag. Just left my hoagie on the counter BEHIND the empty bag. I guess they expect me to put it in the bag for them. If the bag is already there is it more difficult to place inside the bag versus the counter, I don’t think so. It’s just rude to dump someone’s order like that on the counter and not even place it inside their bag, so unprofessional.
This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place and their pickup orders are always awful treatment of customers. Last time I waited for my order and they never placed my order at the pickup location until someone asked me what I ordered and they had my order behind the counter, am I magically supposed to know it’s there? Plus it’s pickup for a reason, it’s supposed to be on the counter for customers to grab. If I was supposed to shout out for assistance while they’re preparing other people’s orders then there would be a dedicated employee at the pickup location for that. And last time they just handed me my order without a bag.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered a sandwich from this store and it is missing something! Condiments, extra cheese, wrong bread. Happened again tonight. Do they not take a good look at the ticket. I’ve already complained to corporate twice about this store and tonight a third time. So tired of finding the wrong sandwich when I get to work!

I ordered 3 meatball classic with provolone and one cheese steak sub on November 11th 2024. Cheese steak was dry no tomatoes that I ordered cheese wasn’t melted steak was cold, meatball sub hardly no sauce, WORST SUBS . NEVER GO BACK TOO THIS DUMP AGAIN.. No excuses for this GARBAGE
