There weren’t any cars on one side and a couple on the other side. I thought great I will get a fresh burger. I actually ordered my burger off the App while sitting in the parking lot.

Burgers were tough, reheated. Cheese not melted. Not understanding! There was no customers, why cook burgers in advance?

Service and food in Princeton Kentucky always great. Staff there are older and more mature. Hamburgers never double salted. Of course I can’t go there today!

I was there yesterday for lunch at about 12:30, ordered #7 and #11 after waiting for 20 mins our food came. #7 was ok but the 5 pc chicken tenders meal was awful the chicken was so old it was flat like chicken jerky the toast was stuck to the box and tots cold, I asked that the chicken be replaced the girl that came out was very rude and she said ” you just have to wait your turn” so I got fresh chicken ok but in the same box with no toast or tots it’s nasty putting them in the same box as the nasty ones the whole thing should have been replaced and better customer service would be appreciated.

I see some negative reviews, but I actually really like this little Sonic! The staff are very friendly and polite, and all of my orders have been correct. I did mark 4 stars though because of the sheer number of flies I know it’s the south and a hot summer, but dang, I think a good pressure wash of the parking lot and building would help get rid of the smells that attract them. Like they literally swarm in my car when I roll down the window to order and get my food…

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT THEY TOOK AWAY THE CONE… SO NOW I HAVE NO REASON TO GO DEAL WITH THA SNOTTY ATTITUDES OF THESE KIDS THAT WORK AT ALL OF THE SONICS… plus… Yall should really think about turning ur freezers up a lil cause every time I get any ice cream from yall .. its always melted to where I have to pour it out b4 I start eatting it.

All we ordered were drinks and they were slow to come out. About ten fifteen minutes. I wouldnt have minded if they were busy however they were not and someone on the other side was just talking for almost twenty minutes when they brought out food. The food is good the servers need to work on customer service.

ordered ahead but had to wait a while for my order. The cheesesticks were not hot. In fact they were so cold that the cheese were not melted. The rest of my order were drinks. No e cause for cold cheesesticks. This is not the first time getting cold cheesesticks. Ordering them again is not an option for me.

I ordered a medium jumbo popcorn chicken. What I got for $5 was a paper sleeve full of over-cooked, burned tasting, inedible batter. Seemed like they were scooping up the leftover dregs of a previous batch. I pulled them apart and found only TWO pieces with something that could have been chicken. The shake, however was delicious. Not ever going back.

Yesterday I literally watched a carhop person drop my food take it back in and not 2 minutes later bring it to my car. When speaking with the manger he tried to tell me my food was made fresh but I waited 10 mins for the first order to even come out. My food was cold not to mention it was in the same tore up box and I only had 4 tots in there (my other tots were on the ground by the door where my food dropped to begin with). The manager even gave me the wrong store number after I asked how do I report this because that’s nasty. No apology or anything. Wish I could give it no stars
