Do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. I placed a pizza delivery order over 2 hours ago. When I called to place it, the man on the phone sounded rushed.
Two hours later—still no pizza. He then claimed he “couldn’t find the address,” yet there was no message, just one missed call an hour and a half after the order was placed.
Providing good customer service isn’t hard. If you can’t deliver a simple order or communicate properly, you shouldn’t be running a business.

Ordered 2 18’ pizzas. The quality of pizza was horrible. Did not taste good. Not enough sauce. Edges were burnt. Moreover the pizza was delivered one hour late. Never buying from this place.

The pizza was good/not great. I ordered 2 18″ pizzas one with two toppings. I had a coupon offering dough nuggets and a 2lt of soda free if you ordered an 18″ with two toppings. The lady that took my order gave me a total and said that the cost of the two free items would be taken off after the coupon was turned in. I sent two of my adult children to pick up the pizzas. I gave them cash to pay. They returned and said mom you got a discount for paying cash. I thought great. The next day, I looked at my receipt. I got $9 off my order, but the price of the dough nuggets and soda were not taken off. The price of those together would have been $14 off my order. I asked my kids if they turned in the coupon. They said yes. I called to question this. The lady that answered angrily transferred me to a manager, I think. I explained all of this. He told me that they did not have a coupon that offered both of those items free. I thought boy I must have miss read that. Well I got a flyer in the coupon pack that comes in the mail and the coupon does offer both for free. We don’t order from Rosati’s very often and I won’t be ordering any time soon.

The worse pizza I’ve ever ordered, pizza tasted dried out! The chicken was burnt then smothered in barbecue sauce. Fries were old, I didn’t taste the cheese sticks because the marinara sauce tasted funny AND the top was melted into sauce. $70!!!! Down the drain! I will nevverrrr get pizza from here again. There are so many things wrong with this place. As a franchise that is known for having ready to go slices. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. Which sucks especially after they told me it was only going to take 10 minutes the food doesn’t taste good and also in the picture shown below there was a hair in my food. This place is disgusting and I will never be returning and I suggest that no one goes here

I was blown away by the Gluten Free sausage and onion pizza that I ordered! It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and you would never know it was gluten free.
The toppings were standout: large chunks of flavorful Italian sausage and a rich, thick and delicious pizza sauce. It came brown and crispy, just the way I ordered. The flavor was outstanding, I savored every bite. Will be going back!

Received a burnt pizza. Their response was come drop it off or we will send you a new one and you have to pay the delivery fee. Vanessa was very unprofessional and acted like this was my fault. Yelling and arguing with me and raising her voice at me as a customer when all I wanted was somebody to bring another pizza and take their burned one
