Today at 2:30pm we decided to get subway. We got 1 foot long b.m.t 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks. The older gentleman making the sandwich took meat off that sandwich that he put on and said he would have charge us extra for it literally used one onion and broke it up for the whole sandwich. And tried to charge us 32 dollars. This is outrageous and it really pissed me off. I will go back just to record him next time.

I am not usually one to post reviews but feel this really needs addressed. I put a mobile order in for about 15-20mins before pick up.
My dad’s order was messed up and had jalapeños AND chipotle on it. He does not handle hot very well and it was sad he couldn’t even really eat his food after taking his insulin. You can see our order listed below for reference. My kiddos also couldn’t really eat their dippers as they were very tough. I have felt really frustrated with having to pay for this terrible service.
Another thing that definitely should be noted is the appearance of the worker… as you can see his hair is to his chin which is no doubt a health violation not to mention very unprofessional. I do hope this can be addressed. I realize he’s probably a young kid but still this appearance is unacceptable.
This experience definitely made me realize I should have praised the service I received at the Gravette Subway. One person was running the dinner rush and did a superb job at getting everyone’s orders in and out even with a mobile order issue.

I hate leaving bad remarks but my guy didn’t even put pickles on my sandwich, only found out after I go to eat it. He was also incredibly dismissive and barely looked at me. I put the atmosphere at a 3 star because the building was pretty dilapidated. It just looks kinda old and warn down. Overall, service was disappointing and that resulted in an incorrect sandwich. 🙁

horrible, disgusting and ridiculous. I will never be back to Subway. the subway app is literally hell on earth to use. it NEVER works. seriously, how does a national chain like this have an app that is so bad? I will never be back to a subway in my life. Can’t wait to see this place finally go bankrupt!

Usually come here, I love their fast service. However, today all they had was brown lettuce when I asked the elderly employee for FRESH lettuce she stated she only had the brown lettuce. I took spinach instead. Had I ordered online and received brown lettuce I would have been very unhappy and asked for a refund. There needs to be more pride and consideration for ppl’s money and time when ordering from their establishment.

My husband placed an order online, picked it up and they were both wrong. They had the wrong bread, I had mine switched as I didn’t like the wrong bread I got. I went in, they remade it, I got home and it was still wrong. Wrong bread AGAIN, missing the turkey on a HAM & TURKEY sandwich, and I got three jalapeños on the entire sub. The guy definitely didn’t care he got it wrong the first time.

One of the best subways I have been too. I have been eating here for months atleast 3 times a week. The customer service is excellent and everything is fresh. They are not like other subways where you get a shoddy service. They take good care of the sandwich and make it nice and neat. Everything is placed properly and wrapped nicely. Everybody who has made my sandwich has been really nice and patient with me. I will keep on eating here.

Went to Subway today. The food was good. Camden was very polite and courteous. Great customer service from him. However, Jennifer was the issue. She was polite at first but, she was actually rude to Camden in front of us more than once. I was seriously upset when Jennifer reached over Camden while he was trying to put vegetables on my sandwich more than once to grab vegetables for someone else’s sandwich next in line. Jennifer bumped him over, reached over my sandwich with her arms and grab two different kinds of vegetables one in each hand. How rude! She was the person that put the meat on my sandwich and passed it over to him to put the vegetables on. Apparently, I wasn’t rushing Cameron fast enough for Jennifer. I was having a great experience my first time back at Subway since the pandemic and Jennifer ruined it by being rude.
