My experience here was that of pleasant and fulfilling. I was walking by and decided to stop by for food. Not knowing that I wanted, I was able to share that with the cashier, to which I got a fun conversation out of it. Right from that conversation, I felt good about my random choice. Payment was simple. They will take cash or check. My waiting period was less than 10 minutes. While waiting, I saw the tables were clean. There was some trash, but customers had recently left, so that’s totally understandable. The cakes in display looked very tempting. If I wasn’t in a rush, I probably would have bought a cake. The kids in front of me were extremely joyful for their ice cream.

Don’t go inside better go through the drive thru. Stood there for five minutes literally the only customers there. No one ever took our order. The manager sitting in the corner of the restaurant was talking to another employee. Seen us in line and did nothing. The employee went back to work walked right past us gave us a look and walked away. Then the manager started talking to someone else and completely ignored us in line. But when a car pulled up in the drive thru they were immediately served. Trying to take my daughter out for ice-cream turned into us leaving and going to UDF. Its a real shame because we have been going there since this location opened. Unfortunately We will NOT be back.

I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Destiny at Dairy Queen! After two employees were extremely rude and told me I couldn’t pick up my paid online order without a car, Destiny stepped in and completely saved the day. She was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make things right.
If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve left upset—but instead, I left impressed. Destiny is exactly the kind of employee every business needs!

03/08/2025-I’ve been craving ice cream since last evening, so while running errands, I decided to swing by here & pick up a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. My significant other got a Reese’s Blizzard & I also got my son’s favorite (Oreo Blizzard) & brought it home to him. Service was good & I really appreciated the BOGOF offer in the app.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to place and ordered the same thing. Oreo cheesecake blizzard with extra Oreo, extra cheesecake.
Again it’s just Oreo and it’s not even extra. Halfway through theres no Oreo it’s just ice cream.

I ordered a chocolate blizzard with sprinkles but got a swirl with sprinkles. Additionally waited about 10 mins for my blizzard a lot longer than other locations. My ice cream was also more melty seemed like it was sitting out for awhile.

Greatly disappointed in the crappy quality of a $34 Blizzard Cake that I ordered for a family birthday. What we received wasn’t even marginally close to the expectations that are shown on the DQ App. What a waste of $34! Won’t do that again!

Didn’t even answer me in the drive thru. I sat there for 15 mins and not a single person greeted me. Horrible service! I drive right past the window and there is a worker in the window and didn’t acknowledge me at all. It’s 10:40pm and it says you don’t close till 11pm. Seems you need to have better managers

I went in last second to get my daughter a cake showed them a rough picture of what I was looking for. It was the cat nap, which is a poppy’s Playland I believe and asked if they were able to do it for a party I was going to have in just a few hours. The gentleman told me that decorator wasn’t in, but the manager could definitely make something happen. They went above and beyond my expectations. My daughter was ecstatic to see the cake and they were so friendly and helpful and took care of me within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this Dairy Queen!!
