Established in 1974, JB’s Barbeque LLC is a catering company based in Elsmere, Kentucky. In addition to our retail business, we have catered events in the Tri-State area for over 30 years serving our famous Kentucky pig roast. Our menu includes all-natural pulled pork BBQ, homemade goetta, shredded beef, shredded pork, old-style chili, pulled beef, and more, made from our own recipes using meat that comes from our USDA-inspected plant.
