This truly is all around the best-tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ve never had such good rice. I always get mixed vegetables in brown sauce. Nicest assortment of vegetables of anywhere I’ve ordered it from. I’ve gotten basically just broccoli and water chestnuts at other places – but here at ming garden there’s broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms, etc. It is so fresh and it tastes really good. I get vegetable fried rice with it and it’s just so well made. The lo mein, fried rice, skewers, anything we’ve had has been great. My mom has gotten many assorted and it is now her favorite place as well.

Tried this place on a weekday. The restaurant itself is very nice and very clean. I ordered the Sesame Chicken Combo platter, and it was really good. The chicken wasn’t simply doused in sauce, but it was evenly coated and added great flavor. The pork fried rice was also good, but a little bit on the dry side. The roll was really good, and the side of fries were cooked with just enough crunch. I will add that the portions are pretty good for what you pay. It’s a much better portion than some competing Chinese spots in the area. This is one of the better Chinese spots I have tried since coming to the area. Will continue to frequent and try more of their offerings.

Best Chinese food in Cromwell!!! Love the friendliness of the people and the food is fresh and delicious. We order here at least once a week. My favorite dish is the Singapore Mei Fun with extra curry. My dad is a picky eater, but he absolutely looks forward to his weekly orders of Beef & Broccoli and House Fried Rice.
This place is great for takeout. Most orders are ready within 20 minutes of placement. While I have never dined in, tables are available to enjoy your meal. I would not expect a full waiter/waitress experience if you do decide to dine-in.

New to the community of Cromwell but definitely not new to the Chinese food business. Very clean new Chinese restaurant family owned and operated met the owners when I went in and have a been regular since. Would recommend to anyone that’s in the area.

My wife and I shared a General Tso’s chicken. It was delicious! We also had an order of egg rolls. The food was nice and hot too! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’m always eager to try Chinese food in the area and most are hit and miss, but I was definitely not disappointed!
We got two Lunch Specials for under 20$ which is very hard to find these days.
The Tso’s and the Sesame chicken were great, I would also recommend trying the shrimp egg rolls that were fried golden to perfection.
Nothing was heavy and greasy like a lot of other places.
I will totally be ordering again.

I’ve lived right down the road for 3.5 years and am so mad I didn’t try them earlier! The food was ready quickly and very hot when I picked it up. I had the General Tso combo dinner and fried dumplings. All the food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh, the chicken didn’t seem like it was ever frozen, the sauce was perfect. I highly recommend!

Been here a bunch of times the food is great and the owners are super friendly This is my go to place in Cromwell and Middletown area. Always hot and delicious portions are super good and can’t beat the price. You can get a lunch combo even on a Saturday for only $9.50 not bad! Dinner combos are only like 12 or 13 bucks where can you go for that? Much healthier than fast food and the place is clean I wouldn’t go back if it wasn’t. Eggrolls are not greasy at all chicken lo mein has a lot of chicken couldn’t even finish it and I’m a big guy! Pepper chicken with jalapeño is nice if you want to kick it up a notch! Love the pepper steak with onion and wonton soup. Try this place out for sure!!! No bad meals here!!
