This place is so awesome by far a delicious combination fusion, it’s a mixture of Guyanese meets Spanish. Very flavorful I had the Jerk Chicken Empanadas before and the Fusion Bowl. I only had this 2x not even disappointed. I plan trying other food from here.. Great food for a great price plus I like this cute little area here in Milltown.

I found this place on Yelp and after reading some reviews I thought I’d give it a try. I got the jerk chicken and chicken tikka empanadas. They were sooo good! My daughters had a chicken tikka burrito and a quesadilla. All of the food was great and the flavors were very authentic. The owners were very nice and even gave us some extra food to try since they were closing. I will definitely come back here. I want to try the other empanada flavors.

First it’s difficult to get to, had to get buzzed into a parking garage, and then buzzed into the tower through intercom with security. But worse of all they burnt the empanadas, they taste burnt, now I’m stopping somewhere else to buy lunch after all the hassle to get them.

I have ordered the chicken tikka empanadas and other types of empanadas from the Bites and Bowls food truck at least twenty times over the past years, and I can genuinely say they are top quality every time. Other empanadas from food trucks in the area are cold in the middle or lack filling. Bites and Bowls is fairly priced, their empanadas are fresh and hot all the way through, and they are generously sized and filled. The gentleman running the truck is always courteous and serves orders with a smile.
I wish the food truck went to more locations. It is worth standing in line for these empanadas. Simply superb, 10/10.

The cafe is inside an office building and can be difficult to find for someone who does not work in that building. The food was good, however, the advertising online confused me because it looks like it was Mexican food (which they have) but they have mostly other items, like salads, sandwiches, and more. The menu and marketing is definitely a little confusing but overall good food and prices.

The food is absolutely amazing! So fresh! The empanadas are delicious…my personal favorite is the cauliflower! Had a chicken sandwich from the truck one day…the pad Thai…one thing is better then the next! On top of it, the owner is just the nicest man! If you haven’t tried it your missing out!

This is truly the best place for a great variety of food for reasonable price. From Mexican to Italian, Thai to Indian, the options are extensive. There is tons of flavor in every bite and the bowls are so filling! The quesadillas are so delicious and one of a kind. Kids just loved the pasta, it is so much more delicious and flavorful than just plain spaghetti and marinara sauce that is served elsewhere. This restaurant is definitely in my family’s favorite list.

We had catering done and EVERYONE loved the food. I was being asked throughout the Super Bowl game where Bites and Bowls is located, and i certainly shared. The food was better then I have eaten in a while. I will being ordering again and again. I am bringing our friends so they can experience how good the food is. It is a very nice change from the food that is in the area.

Great food at reasonable prices. I had the burrito. Good size portion, no bones, stems or fat, just delicious food. I’ve had Indian food, Mexican, and Thai, they are able to combine all and make it better than they taste individually. They definitely know what they are doing!

I’ve ordered from here a decent amount of times already and the quality of their empanadas and bowls have always been consistently great. While not all of their empanada flavors are on the same level, there is an interesting variety of flavors from spicy to sweet to savory. I highly recommend their chicken tikka empanadas and their paneer tikka masala bowls.
