I go to this dunkin everyday and never have an issue but today I go in and order a large iced coffee and two donuts, I ask her to put in another donut so I can get my points and I tell her to scan my rewards membership. She takes my phone and adds two free donuts from my points which I did not give her permission to do. I asked her why she did that and pretended she didn’t understand me. I will be calling later to speak to the manager because it seem like she was the only one working.

Very unprofessional service the worst customer service . The counter employee was aggressive, yelling, and complaining in Spanish about his workload instead of helping customers . He spoke to me very disrespectfully when I politely asked to use the bathroom after ordering. This was my first and last visit. I don’t recommend this place.

They are making up their own prices compared to other donut donuts. They speak Spanish about the customers that they don’t think speak it. Also 3$ for one donut. Highly recommend you go to the other one down the road.

If you spend $10 a day at Dunkin’ Donuts for $300 a month you should be able to use the bathroom. Update : young lady nicely explained why they have so many bathroom issues

This place is absolutely garbage. They made my coffee taste like water, gave me attitude because she couldn’t understand me, and overall it was a terrible experience. Will never be going back and will be letting everyone I know not to go there as well!

The girl at the counter didn’t speak English well enough to understand what I wanted so another girl came over. Very rude. It was uncomfortable. Also , we finished eating and I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Meanwhile, both employees sat there playing on their phones. Never will go back.

I ordered a bagel and it’s as hard as a shoe. They shouldn’t sell food in bad condition. It’s the second time I have a bad experience in the same location. Last time the cashier didn’t want to repeat the amount to pay because I thought my change was wrong, she didn’t give me the ticket either, she just called other girl (at my first question) to talk to me and she ignored me.

The employees here are terrific! Hard working, friendly and efficient.
I had recently bought a box of KCups off of the app, along with my daily iced coffee (which is always made perfectly, by the way). Unfortunately the store did not have them when I got there, however, the one employee (whose name I sadly do not know at the moment) went above and beyond to ensure I got the KCups I ordered, and gave me extra because I had to wait a few days. I couldn’t be more appreciative of her hard work in doing this for me!
