Numerous times sandwiches have been made so sloppy. Mustard all over the place. Wrapping is soaking wet.

I love coming here for one reason though !! The precious lady named Sam! that works night shift is so amazing , she is very patient with my obnoxious order , and always recommends using the app. I love her customer service and because of her I came back 2 days in a row ❤️ definitely go check them out ! If not for the food for HER!!

Can not do their job. Marissa needs to be entirely re trained. Didn’t even know what a pizza sub is. Put it on the toaster tray without the paper, I wanted a new sandwich after messing it up multiple times.. disgraceful attitude, non chalant messy, dont care its “not thier sandwich” mentality. You can not have it your way here. Not coming back.

My 1st time reviewing Subway. They have a drive thru. I placed my order on app. Tried to pick up in drive thru but a lady was waiting there for quite sometime. I went inside and got my order right away it was waiting for me. I got Black Forest sub. Was actually good. Tasty . Had a lot of fresh tasting veggies in sandwich. Always have great bread. The cookie raspberry cheese cake was amazing. Best cookie ever tasted. The foot long did actually seem bigger than I seen in past. Most places only give 8 inch sandwiches.

I went in recently and someone named Mercedesh helped me she is absolutely amazing and so helpful! Not only is she kind and helpful but she makes a pretty amazing sandwich and I never felt judged as I do with the other workers. I will be coming here now for her!!

I ordered online at 5:35pm. Pick should have been 5:50 pm. I walked in around 5:46 knowing my order may not be ready which is fine . I waited and there were 3 separate people who walked in within the same time frame. Once they all left it was shortly after 5:50. 6:06 pm to be exact. They only had 1 sandwich ready out of 3 that i had ordered and it was because they got busy. I ORDERED ONLINE BEFORE EVERYONE ELSE ARE YOU KIDDING? This is one of the sandwhiches that i ordered. JUST TERRIBLE. I understand they had a rush but the least you can do since you did not prioritize my order is make my sandwich good and not COLD . I will be going to the other plainfield location!

Not sure what they’re doing with this location. Food was fine as always but the owner of this particular location decided that coupons can only be used for Build Your Own sandwiches and not just anything as corporate intended. They have a cheesy paper sign on the door that states this. Don’t want to be the Karen that thinks the employees care about every single sale but I chose not to buy anything other than the sandwich because of that.

I love this Subway. The people here are always friendly, my sandwich looks awesome every time, and they take coupons. All the veggie bins are full and fresh.

I love the new meal of the day specials, the staff always greets me when I come in. I love going to this one because they are fast with that drive thru and the sub is always great!
