This location is super clean. The staff here is amazing. They are very friendly, patient, and they will make your order fast. I have met everyone from the District manager down to new hires, and every one of them have a upbeat attitude and will always greet you with a smile.

You might think that ordering and receiving a sandwich should be super simple: if you’re shopping here you’ll get exactly what you’re expecting.

I was late to the game when it comes to Jimmy John’s. While a variety of other sandwich places had my attention, the long desert experience of the pandemic made cooking at home a multi-year operation. As soon as I got into my most recent studio, just a stone’s throw from this location, while picking up a pizza next door I stopped in here to get a bag of chips while I was waiting.

The menu is incredibly comprehensive, more importantly if you’re a picky eater – like I am – you have found your Valhalla. Whether it’s a simple slim for with cheese like what I order every time I come, or one of the more ornate sandwiches that Jimmy John’s offers regularly (along with a series of great specialty items and sandwiches) that my girls love, I am continually satisfied when we come here.

The pricing is fair, the people are stellar and with the exception of a very goony entryway and parking lot there is a ton to like here.

If you’re looking for freaky fast, super fresh, and ultra tasty grub in this local area, this is a great place to go.

A special thanks to all the staff members that not only endure my daughter’s many questions but provide her with robust detailed answers that help her learn about all kinds of things she knows nothing about.

My biggest issue with their location is the slowness, especially through the drive-thru. I don’t know if there’s no system where someone creates indoor orders and another person focuses on the drive-thru, but my experiences going inside tell me that there isn’t. It should not take 10+ minutes to get through three vehicles when you only sell one main product that you have to make.

On top of that, I got jalapeño chips today in place of the salt and vinegar chips I ordered. Because I had spent so long in line, I didn’t have time left in my lunch break to go back. I guess I’ll start being that irritating person that holds up the line to check everything since there really isn’t a spot to pull forward and do it.

EDIT: Reducing rating to 1 star because these people NEVER mark an order as delivered, so food is always sitting outside for unknown periods of time before you realize it. This job is not that difficult. Train your people in doing a simple task.

EDIT 2: I wish I could order from another store. 25 minutes at 2:30 to make the pictured sandwich in which I couldn’t even eat it as a sandwich. Shut your place down and revamp it.

Placed an order on GrubHub. Two toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwiches, bag of chips. Picked up the order didn’t realize till I got home that the sandwiches were cold, never been toasted. Call the store to tell them I’m returning to have new sandwiches made. Girl answers the phone with a hello, just a hello?!? I had to ask, is this Jimmy John’s and she replied ‘yeah’. I kindly told her that I was returning and to please have the sandwiches ready when I get there, if possible. She proceeded to tell me that she made the sandwiches exactly as it said on their chit And that there was nothing wrong with them, and proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.

In the end, they remade the sandwiches, but not one word of apology!

What the!?!? I don’t understand this kind of treatment of customers, and the girl who answered the phone should be FIRED!. Will be taking my business to the lake St. Louis location.

We were the only 4 customers inside the place and they had at least 5 young workers working….it took 9 minutes to get our 4 sandwiches…no where near freaky fast…my son’s gargantuan had no where near the meat it usually does and was missing cheese…my #10 unwhiched was not even close to made correctly…ive had many over the years…looked like they threw some meat on half a head of lettuce…I said something and didn’t even get a response

Check your orders before you leave!!

Just went by store #4110 to pick up an online order. Got home, one of the sandwiches was missing. Chicken Caesar wrap. Too far to drive back the to store to pick up a replacement.

Staff might want to check orders better before handing them out. Especially when it costs the customer a $10 wrap.

I ordered a giant turkey tom and waited for 20 minutes. When I went to the counter, they hadn’t put the order in. I asked for a refund and the guy said he was sorry but he would need to make about 16 more sandwiches before he could handle my refund. While I was waiting, a guy came in and showed that his chicken sandwich didn’t have any chicken in it. The guy who told me it would be a while. About 10 minutes later, he shouted something I couldn’t hear and went back to making sandwiches. I went up to the counter to follow up about 15 minutes later to follow up and he said he canceled the order and refunded it. I ordered my food at 12:09 and walked out of the store at 12:56 without a sandwich. I checked my credit card, and they did not refund my purchase. Avoid this place.
