Place is absolutely disgusting! Ordered a lunch beef lo mein , it was no flavor AT ALL. Added four packs of soy sauce and it didn’t help not the slightest bit. Along side of the the beef was the thinnest slices and only had about four slices out of the whole plate

I placed an order online at 6:15 (as I have done many times before) and said my order would be ready in about 18 minutes. I needed to make an adjustment to the order so I called the restaurant at 6:18. A young lady answered the phone and advised me a manager would have to call me back. After 30 mins and no call back, I called them back and no answer and a message saying they were closed. So fast forward to 7:50 the restaurant calls me back saying my order is ready. I advised them that I had moved on due to no one calling me back. The young lady then had the owner call me back and the owner proceeded to yell at me about not getting my food and told me to never order food from them again. This is rude and unacceptable. Do not use them no communication at all. I have ate there for years but now will never again and never recommend them.

The attitude of the entire family who run this place is outrageous. Ive had a similar opinion in my last visit a few months ago, but brushed it off as an off day for the business.
That day, we walked in, my 8 yr old and myself, and there was a young boy, about 5 sitting at the only table making a mess out of the front, playing with his tablet and holding his nerf gun with sticky fingers in the other. We smile at him and say hello as we go to ordet our food. While we are waiting on it, the little boy points the nerf gun in my son’s face and shoots it. My son, shocked when it hits him in the cheek, looked at me confused. The little boy pointed again and I warned him that nice kids dont point guns at people, fake or not. The owners watched and didn’t seem to care. I turned it into a learning lesson for my son and we went about our night.
Fast forward to today, I walk in alone, looking to order a quick QT of Egg Drop Soup. The mother, young daughter who runs the register and the young boy are sitting at the table eating their lunch. No greeting, no smile… Just, “what do you want?” I order, give her a 10.00 bill from my wallet to pay. I look down briefly to tuck receipts that slipped out of place in my wallet. She reached out with my change (in bills), she impatiently fan the bills at me. I tell her, “Please dont do that, don’t shake the bills in my face, it’s unnecessary and it’s rude.”
I will not come back to this establishment as much as I try to support small businesses— this one has lost my business for good.

When I want good Chinese food fast this is my first choice. I like to keep it simple though large pork lo mein is my personal favorite and they give you a ton.

I tend to get the same things here so not very familiar with the overall menu. I think the steamed dumplings are amazing. I prefer them steamed not fried. Nice thick skinned style house made dumplings. I really don’t love the thin skinned dumplings you find practically everywhere else. The vegetarian egg rolls are also house made and tasty. The only hot mustard they have is from small packets and that is not good. Same goes for duck sauce packets. Meaning just generally not good from packets. I like to to get the vegetarian lo mein and mix it with the boneless spare ribs appetizer. I prefer that meat flavor profile more than the other lo mein meat options. Plus you get more vegetables. The wontons are also acceptable as is the sweet and sour sauce that comes with. The sweet and sour sauce is good on egg rolls to me and better than the duck sauce packets. The pad thai noodles is very lame. I suspect any of the Thai options just might not hit the mark. This is exclusively a carry out place. Do not expect to eat inside.

Would have given 5 stars because the food is good but their little boy who looks to be 3 or 4 was running his scooter into my sons legs and he was tearing me yes up all over the floor and he climbed on the counter where they put your food with his filthy feet. Everyone was back there cooking and no one was watching him. He was going outside by his self with no supervision and beating on the glass windows as hard as he could. Their little girl was the cashier she was very good at what she does but she couldn’t control the kid. A man was trying to pay for his food but she couldn’t make him get off the counter with his dirty feet.

EDIT: changing to 1 star. Do not come here. Everything is old and stale. The last 4 times we have ordered general tso’s, pepper beef, beef lo mein, bourbon chicken, and sezchuan beef. All of it was old and stale. Four times in 4 months….90 bucks worth of food and it was awful. We called and complained the 4th time and we were told no refunds, only exchanges. Why would I want to exchange 90 bucks of stale Chinese for another 90 bucks of stale chinese?
Stay away from this place.
