First time at this location and was underwhelmed.
Plenty of brisket but they put on a tray instead of a plate so you had to get small paper bowls for your sides.
Together with plastic silverware, it creates a lot of trash.
And instead of the delicious rolls, they gave you an undercooked piece of toast soaked in butter.
At least they still have the free ice cream.
So not going back anytime soon…

These guys really came through, Christmas Day just the two of us and it was perfect. The turkey was fantastic. The sides were awesome and the peach cobbler just took it over the top. Highly recommend this store, the food and the people are fantastic.

Own a new business here in the Plano area. Might of fact I’m a bit diagonally across the street from your location. I’ve always been somewhat curious why is it your business always looks like a ghost town and I got my answer today when I finally decided I would patronize only to be met with complete SILENCE when I entered and said HELLO. The customer service was horrible!! No welcome no NOTHING just DRY PRESENTATION across the board. I ordered a bake potato which was subpar!! It’s safe to say at this point I will not be returning!! Should’ve took the HINT from never seeing any customers there!!

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit located in Plano, Texas is a fair restaurant. We had a long day so we placed our order to be delivered. The ordering process was easy enough. The delivery was very prompt. The food at the beginning was good then we discovered a lot of fat on our pulled pork. We understand that it has fat but we have never seen this much fat on pulled pork from any Dickey’s BBQ in the past from any location. See the pictures that we provided. We will try another location in the future but not any time soon.

I have been to this location for years and today was the best it has ever been!!! I got a pulled pork sandwich and there was a very generous amount placed on bread that tasted like Texas Toast! It was absolutely delicious and the ice cream after made it even better! I will keep coming back!!! Great staff also! Very fast!

First time here, and also the last time. Everything was cold, except the fries, which they fry fresh… however they do not cook them nearly long enough. They were still hard. Brisket was dry and cold. Mac and cheese was cold. When paying there is a tip screen that comes up and there’s seemingly no way to not tip. If you press “other” below the 3 percentage options, it doesn’t work. It forces you to tip. This happened to the people I was with as well. There was also a hair in the brisket. Pretty much gave up trying to enjoy it after that.
Total waste of money, I’ve never had such a hard time trying to finish a plate of food. 1 meat plate with a drink came out to $26 with the forced tip. Awful.

My potato was great and the brisket tender and juicy!!! Dickeys in 14th in Plano hit the spot, Dickeys can be hit or miss but this location is definitely a hit!
