On Friday, November 28th (Black Friday), my sister, two others, and myself went through this Dunkin’s drive thru around 7am. It wasn’t busy. We were all trying to figure out what we wanted. First two items were ordered without an issue. Then, my sister was trying to order a drink for her husband, the gut taking our order proceeded to tell us what to order, and in the background another employee said, ‘omg hurry up and order!’ My sister corrected the drink and ordered her drink.
When we came up to drive thru window my sister told lady at window what was said we hurd and it was rude to say to a customer! All she kept saying was, ‘why are you yelling at me, I didn’t say it!’ The workers all knew we heard them on the microphone and she admitted it happened. No apologies, just rude behavior. We paid for first two items, took them, and left.
Needless to say, none of us will spend any of our money at the Philipsburg location ever again! These employees working this day need to be reprimanded, and trained on the proper way to talk to customer’s! This kind of word of mouth can ruin a business.
My overall impress is don’t go here! Unless you crave horrible customer service! (This manager/owner should be ashamed.)

I’ve given this Dunkin way too many chances. Almost every visit there’s an issue — wrong cup size, missing cream or sugar, or the wrong donut entirely. It’s basic stuff that shouldn’t be messed up this often.
What’s worse is that when you politely correct them, the staff acts offended, like you are the problem. I’m not asking for anything extra — just the order I paid for. Consistency and customer service are clearly lacking here.

Just got home from a long trip, swung by Dunkin in Philipsburg for a late breakfast. Got home, we were missing a sandwich, the loaded hasbrowns were cold (not room temp, COLD), my avocado toast wasn’t toasted at all, and my sourdough breakfast sandwich was also cold and the bread wasn’t toasted. Really annoying and inconvenient to have to drive back to get all this fixed when we really just wanted to sit down and relax after our trip.

At 6:15am, this location is very limited on the donuts available. All the staff were standing around on their iphones. I have to say “excuse me” and ask if they had apple fritters. “No, we don’t have them”, then back to their iphone chats. Amazing how this location stays in business. Are they trying to go out of business? I guess they are not aware of the demise of the previous store. No reason to go back unless I need a lesson on iphone usage.

Our food was cold and I only live about 5 minutes away. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my sandwich. I ordered a medium iced turtle latte decaf and they added a decaf espresso shot instead. I understand they just opened but wow….

I had to explain what half and half was to employee. Asked for blueberry donut, charged for blueberry donut, and watched him grab chocolate donut. They did have blueberry donuts, but just sad he couldn’t read the printed receipt.

When my sugar is low and the freshly iced doughnut is served upside down by the employee working the window, I had to accept the fact that I got what I paid for. Drink was great but the doughnut was messy!

I used to go through here every morning before work. After the past 2 weeks. I’ll save my money. We always put a walk in order in and pick it up on our way through. Our walk in order is never ready and the workers are standing around when we we walk in. They overfill with ICE so we tried less ice and they put almost none and fill it up half way saying “it’s measured”. You’re basically paying 6 dollars for a cup of ice. Drinks are inconsistently made either too sweet or not sweet enough Bagels are never toasted at all when asked to toast dark. But that might have something to do with workers rushing around and throwing a walk in order together at the last minute. It’s clear service is lacking. I don’t ever write reviews. After a consistent 2 weeks of this we won’t be back.

Jerika has been incredibly rude while handing me my drinks while I was at this location, making snide remarks and had an overall negative attitude. Since this is a recurring issue, I’m deciding to use a different location as her behavior is incredibly unprofessional.
