I loooooove Ginger Ale’s! Their snacks are always so fresh and yummy! I love trying out different drink combinations too, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the same drink twice!. I love the option of the secret menu too because it helps take some of the guessing game out of what kind of drink combinations to get! I love how they always give back to the community too! Plus, their location is super convenient to stop by on my lunch breaks at work! 10/10 highly recommend!

Ginger Ale’s is a very popular place for drinks in Effingham. They have SO many flavors to add to any drink you get, including Sugar Free flavors! They also have perfect little snacks to snack on with your favorite drink (my favorite are pretzel bites, mini donuts, pulled pork sandwiches, muffins, and sausage pretzel minis)! The workers are always super sweet with smiles. I have never heard anything negative about this place. If you’ve never had it before, you NEED to at least try it once. You will not be disappointed, and if you are, let them know and they will fix that!

I really like the service here and I appreciate everything that you guys do. But, the last 3 times I have ordered the cookies and cream mini donuts and everytime I would get cinnamon instead. Today I went and ordered the cookies and cream donuts again hoping that they would give me the cookies and cream donuts but before I left, I told them that I had ordered the cookies and cream and that these are the cinnamon donuts… So I asked for the cookies and cream and they said they would make them. I go to pull off and they were in fact not cookies and cream, they were cinnamon. So I got 2 bags of cinnamon donuts, instead of the cookies and cream donuts. If you guys advertise that you gave cookies and cream donuts then why aren’t you following up to the standard? Am I just dumb and you guys just sell cinnamon?? Or is there a certain way you make the donuts to make them the flavor that they’re supposed to be? Don’t get me wrong the cinnamon donuts are good, but if I ask for cookies and cream donuts and get cinnamon then it just makes me think you guys just don’t sell that flavor. Like why did I get 2 of the same thing when I asked for something complete different.

Cute place for a sweet drink. Milkshakes, boba, dirty sodas, etc. No seating area, but does have a walk-up counter inside if you need a bit of time to look over the menu.

My first visit here! SO MANY CHOICES! Red raspberry sweet tea was delicious! There’s food as well, and I didn’t know that. Even though I was starving I didn’t get food so I wouldn’t hold up the line of cars behind me. Pretty cool, a pay window, a drinks window, and a food window. Also, served with a smile and welcoming attitude, so quick, great service!

Ginger ales is a very unique place. Staff are always very friendly and love to greet you. You get good food for a good price. Pretzels are my favorite especially the cream cheese filled ones! I spoke to the manager about my experience and they were so nice to me. They answered every question and left me with a smile. The driveway is very organized. Thank you ginger ales.
