The wife and I stopped by for a bit to eat to try it out. Well, after knowing and running some top rated Asian restaurants with great chefs. I do have to say for the price this place hits the spot! They have good food and the sauce is not too sweet.

My grandson and I just ate at Teri Yaki and it was delicious! We got our food in 5 minutes and it was just right. There was a steady stream of people coming in and being served in short time. We saw NO idiots but only a bunch of nice courteous people. Maybe all the idiots left and they got some good help.

Food was fine. Service was horrible. I took my girlfriend here to get lunch to-go. We weren’t greeted when we came in, and the girl who was waiting on us at the counter was quite rude. I picked up about 4 napkins since we got our food to-go and as I was walking out she loudly said to her coworker ( and I quote) “I should’ve told that guy ‘sir we have a limit on our napkins’.” I have worked in multiple restaurants and other business involving customer service and can honstely say, this type of behavior towards customers would be completely unacceptable in any business environment.

It had good potential. But both our meals were COLD when we got them, the noodles were over cooked and soggy, the meat was bland, and our mixed veggies were just a bunch of cabbage. They were out of pork and fried rice. Sadly the best part of the meal was the fruit punch from the fountain.

Teri yucky!!! The sushi was not fresh and had no flavor, the miso soup tasted like dirty dish water. The shrimp and veggies were good and the rice was ok but overcooked and sticky. Very disappointed and dissatisfied, although the cashier was great!!

We’ve been going to Teri Yaki grill for years, and the food is always served hot and fresh. I have never had a bad experience, and we go often. We love the Ginger Salmon & teriyaki shrimp, but the chicken and steak are great also. The best part is that it’s healthy, you can tell the vegetables are steamed and the meal isn’t prepared with heavy oils or fat. Teri Yaki Grill is a great choice for higher end fast food, and certainly a healthy choice, and costs about the same as a burger and fries! We love eating there.

First of all they are over priced, they raised their prices actually but didn’t feel the need to increase their portion sizes so I don’t see how’s that’s fair. They mess up my order often and aren’t consistent with the way they make their teriyaki chicken. I’m over eating there at this point they aren’t getting any more of my money.

How do I give it zero stars? Good food but horrible service. Went there and was over charged for drinks, the person working was very rude about it and wouldnt let me explain why i grabbed cups. Wouldnt listen to what i was trying to say, didnt give me my receipt and wouldnt let me see the receipt. No big deal let it go. Came back another day the same worker was there, saw me and recognized me then proceeded to turn around and trash talk me to the owners daughter. Awful. I hope she gets fired
