By far the worst sub I’ve ever had, The staff inadvertently double/triple sauced my sub. Instead of noting the mistake and offering to redo it they wrapped it and proceeded with checking out. I threw the soggy bread in the garbage, dabbed the rest with paper towels just to be edible. MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT PLZ CORRECT THEM… ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS WAS ALMOST 15$

My sub was DELICIOUS! I ordered through mobile app. Minutes later it was ready for pickup. The staff was nice, restaurant was clean, and my sub was amazingly well prepared and neat. It was wrapped up nicely without a bunch sauce all over it. In fact, while eating it, I didn’t get a single drop on my shirt, lol. Great job as usual!

90 % of the time the staff is amazing food is great and the service is quick but on days like today when a certain person is working it’s completely crazy she doesn’t help her fellow Co worker and spends more time sitting at a table with her son who has his personal stuff strung all over or she is yelling at him as he runs around the store. So all in all the store as a hole is great but if the worker with the tattoo on her neck is there expect a kid sitting in the restaurant with stuff everywhere or he will be running around and the employees will be distracted causing service to be very slow

Today I ordered two party platters online from this location. The website was easy to use. They were able to put the orders together and have them ready to go by the time I requested. Within minutes of placing the order, I received a phone call from Subway catering and they verified that the order would be ready today. What a great experience. Very professional and convenient.

I made an online order and the 2 works completely messed up my sub and added everything that was not to be on my sub. I went all the way home ready to eat it and opened it up and noticed it was not what I ordered. I tried calling the number to inform them but apparently the number does not work. I then drove all the way back to the subway and the 2 workers then asked what had went wrong , they then proceeded to tell me they needed the sub in order to make a new one. So I then had to call my boyfriend to bring me the sub that’s a 20 minute drive from my house. These 2 employees were in complete shock because neither of them remember who made it and said there’s no way they had messed up the sub. I have never in my life had to return the food in order to actual get a new one made. I could have called my boyfriend on video chat to show them. But no it had to be right Infront of their eyes. Just to be throw away and now I’ve wasted my gas and money as well as my boyfriend to bring a sandwhich.

It’s always a great experience at this location. Staff today 7/5/20 were very good. Highly suggest if your looking for a subway to go to this location first! I’d rate this business 10 Stars if i could, Quality, Pricing, Clean, Positive Attitudes from the staff, The Owners should be proud of the staff.

Avoid doing mobile orders, because it will turn out a disaster. Ordered two subs, both were incomplete or switched around. Breads got switched, cheeses were wrong, dressing/sauces were missing, weren’t toasted despite asking for them to be. Only reason for getting two stars instead of one, is that at least the meats were right.
Do better.

I haven’t had anything to complain about here, I like their bread and the lunch meats and veggies all seem fresh and tasty to me. Love their subway club with some black olives and half mayo/half vinaigrette dressing
