Food is solid. They will not accept any payment for calling in. Above average wait times (40-50)min wait time (1 sub no sides). Staff is fine, they seem limited in what they are allowed to do which makes it difficult to “want” to order.

Just have to tell you that, for the first time, I visited Cousins on Park Street. My experience was outstanding. The person who waited on me was Sam, very friendly and courteous. I had never been to any Cousins before, and I commented to him that you even sell grilled sandwiches. He then offered to grill my ham and cheese sub, and to heat up my cookie. Both very delicious. It was a great first visit.

Everyone is super friendly, and I do like the food but literally the past 4 visits they can’t get my order correct. The food is good if they manage to get it right. The 4th time I checked it before I left and it was also wrong and had to be remade so at least they did that.

I’ve only ordered from uber eats. I agree with the other poor review that it was good when they opened but now…. Yikes. The bread is soooo old and dry. I ask in the app for extra mayo and oregano and never get it. I’d rather be given a different bread type then one that is days old. Geez. It’s so expensive. I worked for cousins in the 90s and love it but unfortunately this location is super inconsistent. So disappointed. I was so excited when they opened in my area.

Just received my sub after the delivery driver could not figure out where to go and the whole thing is wrong. Has everything on it that I did not want, the bread is dry and falling apart. No one answers when I call to get it fixed. Multiple times now my food has been wrong.
