I’m sorry but the Al pastor was super salty the buche was overcooked and salty as well, we saw the lunch truck was empty and decided we were going to give it a try we should’ve not ignored that red flag because even the pineapple water tasted like if the pineapple had gone bad and they still decided to make water with it my husband had the asada and cabesa and neither were it either, sorry guys but try harder and they were reheating the meat from bags !!! Realmente es un servicio pésimo, cuando era del anterior propietario Luis(Galuzo) era un servicio excelente y el sabor sin igual, ahora es un pésimo servicio y si pides otra salsa para tus tacos tienes que pagar $1 dólar extra, los tacos son más tortilla que carne, no lo recomiendo, ya no es el mismo tacos el Galuzo.
