I had a good enough experience on my 2nd trip back to this Wawa to increase my rating and rewrite my previous review. I have been a loyal customer of some of the competitors of Wawas so my previous review was maybe biased. Yesterday I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with rice and beans which was just under $10 for a portion that was small and more like an appetizer to me. However this morning I returned for breakfast and I actually prefer not too large a meal for breakfast so I ordered the “build your own” breakfast bowl with steak/beef?, egg whites, chipotle sauce and fajita peppers and onions. It also comes with a choice of bread so I got lightly buttered toast. The breakfast bowl was perfect and Wawa had just plain black cold brewed iced coffee which is how I like my coffee. The numbering system for ordering was confusing because when I self checked out the payment receipt was a 3 digit number that matched someone else’s order number so like an idiot I ran outside thinking another customer left with my order but I was the mistaken one because the order numbers are what you’re supposed to go by. Just double check your order when they do call your order because they did call my number even though it was still missing a burrito I ordered so I had to walk all the way back in through the rain to retrieve my burrito. BTW, the beef burrito with pico de gallo added in is actually pretty good here. To me it tastes better than Chipotle but just doesn’t have as many ingredients unless you’re willing to add them for additional fee. Other than those mix ups which could be my fault, everything else went ok enough. Cashier was friendly, person cleaning bathroom allowed me to brush my teeth even though he was still cleaning so I’m happier today than I was yesterday with this Wawa. Also for truckers the truck parking is decent here and just make sure to turn on the side road (Convance Way) BEFORE you get to the store because the store entrance is for passenger vehicles only. In other words, there is no diesel pumps to fuel semis here so it’s not a truck stop. It’s just a convenience store gas station that also provides free semi parking for patrons of Wawa who drive combination trucks or bobtail next door.

Second time trying a Wawa glad they have truck parking I don’t get to PA on my off days & many don’t have truck parking at all so it’s hard to get in on the road. Grabbed some snacks honey bbq chips, mixed fruit bowl, small tuscan pasta salad, a pretzel & gushers with a lemonade which is pretty good. For brunch grabbed a veggie panini & to skip ahead for dinner a customized bowl which they were kind enough to replace after someone took my order. I understand grabbing the wrong order but just put it down every order is labeled with the number so there’s no excuse. Thankfully my order was prepared properly & the store was extremely busy & still getting busy as I got my order & left out. The store was honestly running smoothly with tons of orders coming in your patience goes a long way but don’t wait too long make sure you number wasn’t called. All in all would return maybe get one of those smoothies next time & yes I would recommend. Happy holidays!!!

Breakfast sandwiches are done at 10 AM. Customer service is hit or miss. DoorDash is really hit or miss on timing. A couple cocky clerks, usually in the morning . There is one gentleman working in the food area that is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and observant!! Note the photo of the one arrogant whistling Willy, making his customers weight while he shoved his arrogance in my face! Fake is not good

I am writing to commend an employee at one of your Wawa locations 7572 Schantz road Allentown PA 18106. I’m a regular customer before work around 5:15 AM at least four times a week. I know immediately when this employee is working, especially when she’s working the coffee station. The area is clean and tidy and there is always fresh hot coffee ready to be served and the condiment area is always clean and full. Not to mention she engages with customers says good morning and have a nice day. If she happens not to be working this section she is always quick to notice someone standing and waiting for a fresh pot and quickly makes it her task to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied while also apologizing for the aforementioned coffee not being ready. I do have to say it is very apparent when she is not on shift. There have been other occasions where I have stood there to almost every pot being empty, and staff walking by with their head down eventually, noticing a line of people waiting just to hear “ it’s brewing.” I look forward to walking into the Wawa store before I start my 14 hr day as an emergency room nurse and engaging with Fee. I’ve been in my line of work for almost 25 years and I do know that a good employee is extremely hard to find. I feel you have a gem in Fee. She is hard-working, constantly moving and always engaging with customers in a positive upbeat tone. She is an asset . I hope this letter finds its way to corporate and those that are her direct supervisors so she could be recognized. I would also like to point out that Jason at the register is a bright light always with a smile.

Food, service, atmosphere were all great! I really like this business. It’s and enjoyable experience..I didn’t know you can fit so many things in ine store! Food, frozen drinks, coffee, each with there own section. It’s like 3 or 4 stores in one. The cashier’s have always been great and friendly, I really appreciate that. They have self check outs as well. There is also a si parking lot behind the store. I’ve never had a problem parking there overnight even though the sign says it’s not allowed. It’s also convenient for me because it’s close to a lot of warehouses, so im always in the area.

Waited 45 minutes for this! I ordered 2 sizzles and paid, waited so long for the employee to hand it to me half unwrapped with a hair on the outside of it. I tried letting it go, things happen. But then when I got home and realized I paid $20 for THIS AND waited 45 minutes for it… never going back for a coffee and breakfast Sandwich ever again

Not a ton of spots. But I pulled in at 10pm on a Saturday night and found a spot. It’s free. Plus they don’t trip if u park on the lil side street against curve. Basically they let u get creative and find a spot to park. It’s nice

I’m from out of state (Utah) and this is the first time I’ve tried Wawa – a friend recommended it and it blew me away! The subs (Turkey Gobbler and Italian) were so good! Also the touchscreen ordering of Hot Food was so easy and convenient! Wawa, please expand to my home state!
