No bathrooms, the place it hot!!! The ice cream don’t look fresh smfh 25 dollar 2 single scoops n a shake !! No type hospitality workers look like they don’t wannabe there tables dirty !! No customers !

First time here and the place smells bad, the walls look yellow with stains, the waffle makers look like they have not been clean, the sink where the employee wash his hand look very dirty, the counter top where they mix the ice creams looks like they don’t clean it at all and the way they serve thus ice cream seems like they don’t care how it looks. Ice cream doesn’t even look presentable . Well, look at the pictures they speak for them self. Never going back.

Have been going here for quite some time. Last couple times we have been getting the large birthday cake remix and both times seems like they are nit picking on the toppings. I asked the employee to mix it well and asked if they only put one brownie in the large cup. He replied “ya we put one brownie in all of the sizes”. Well I basically paid $10.00 for vanilla ice cream………..

Ice cream here always tastes like quality and it should with its price point. Coming here was a pleasant experience, but I was taken aback that only one person was working in the front. Though, the employee was fast and efficient able to get our ice cream out with ease. If possible give the employee Anika some recognition for her quick service.

This place has really gone downhill. Has been under construction with no working bathroom for more than a year, he charged us for the wrong sizes and we found that out after we checked receipt so we definitely were scammed. The ice cream looks all dried and freezer burned in the case. It’s disappointing because we really love coldstone.
