Ordered online. Went in to pick up, and the line was very long. Noticed the “mobile order” shelf, so I sat down and waited. I waited for 30 minutes, and eventually the order on the app said it was “ready”. There was still no sandwich on the shelf, so I walked up to the counter and told the lady the name on the order. She handed me a sandwich from the counter behind her withought a word (at this point it was no longer busy) and did not have my whole order. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this subway isn’t great…..
