A&W’s famous root beer is classic and one of my favorite American beverages. This store is always clean with lovely decorations and unlimited types of sauce. The servers are friendly. WiFi is fast. The sandwich, hotdog, and seafood combo are cheap and great with a great size.

Ordered 3 meals with cheese curds and rootbeers, only recieved 2 cheese curds and then they were arguing with me because they rang it up wrong. I offered to pay (even though it was their mistake) and for some reason they rudely continued arguing. I would not come to this location again

This place was clean and well ordered. However, the staffs are very rule (sometimes showing sign of racism). Yes, they don’t have napkins, you have to specifically ask for it. The burger was dry and tasteless. I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 sundaes, then he forgot to bring us spoons, again I had to ask for it. I would go to this place again and hoping the service will improve.

Hands down the most horrible place I have ever been. It was so dirty there. The drink machine was broke, the floors were so greasy and black, they had no napkins, no bbq sauce. The service was the most rude people I have ever met. The boots had so much food and drinks on them it had mold growing in the cracks of the seat. The bathrooms had pee all over the seats of the toilets. And no hand soap.

Absolutely terrible! I said my order over and over again. It wasn’t a difficult order…literally 2 meals! I spoke with 2 different people. Neither were qualified for the job. I repeated my order politely and calmly 6 times. I finally decided to tell them to forget about it and I left. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!!!

I love this LJS/A&W. It’s in maybe the worst location in Columbus, but the folks running the place make it worth eating there. The food is good, the tables are clean. The cooks and front line workers are actually interested in getting people good food. They kind of know everyone and are super friendly.
I see other reviews bagging on this place, so maybe things change after the lunch shift. I am always there around noon on week days.
