A bunch of superb new sandwiches. I am ecstatic for the beast with drink and chips, Columbus sailed in 14.92!

The new girl was by herself and did very well considering how picky I am lol Me and my boyfriend ordered stayed and ate. The place was clean. The food was made how I asked maybe a lil to much mayo but luckily I’m not a Karen scraped a little off 🙂 My boyfriend had pepperoni pizza he said it was good. Friendly service. Will return again! Thank you Emily!

My boyfriend and I walked in because we were craving some cookies and we must’ve spent a solid three minutes standing at the counter before the lady working there said “I’ll be with you in just a second”. We didn’t realize that she meant she was going to stand there and make two big sandwiches from scratch for like five minutes while we stood around waiting. After a while my boyfriend very gently mentioned that we just wanted cookies and if she could grab them for us real quick we’d be out of her hair. She rolled her eyes and said “there’s three customers ahead of you, you need to wait in line ” and went back to ignoring us. We WERE the line, we WERE the customers, we were the ONLY people in there! I guess she must’ve been preparing Doordash orders, but there’s two people right there who just want something quick that she didn’t even have to make. She couldn’t put the sandwiches on hold for two seconds to put some cookies in a box? We were so taken aback by her stanky attitude that we walked out and went elsewhere. I guess this store must not be too worried about missing out on sales, from the other reviews on here it sounds like this wasn’t a unique experience to us. I won’t be going back, you can be sure of that

Under new management and off to a fantastic start. The lobby is always very clean and welcoming and the prep table behind the counter is equally as such. The ingredients always look fresh and rotated. Nothing is ever outputting. The sides offered such as the chips are always stocked and offering all available options at the ready. Have had multiple sanwhiches and wraps from here both from the menu and customized by myself and have yet to experience anything less than absolutely delicious.
I have yet to eat at the other stores, but so long as the service and quality is here I most likely won’t need be venturing elsewhere.

Dirtiest subway I’ve ever been in. 11 a.m. on Sunday feet sticking to floor, bathroom not clean, old veggies. I had to pass on spinach and lettuce both looked expired. 2 of the 3 employees were not very clean and missing teeth. Nice location and building, just need to work on cleanliness and freshness.

Tried going to the subway on 23rd they were out of meatballs. So decided to come downtown.Hours posted open until 7..open a door and there’s a group of employees in there standing having a meeting I guess. First thing rudely said they were having a meeting, and I pointed out their sign said 7, and again rudely said were having a training meeting, and that i could go to 23rd location. During business hours? Fine, but not one person can assist if a customer came in while you’re hosting a meeting during business hours??

Most the time the employees at this location are kind and professional. However when my husband and I see a certain employee working(Sandra) we take a pass. If it wasn’t for being starving we would have done so today.
Anytime she makes our food she is rude and short with us and when we have ordered hot subs such as meatball we get frozen meatballs.
I’m sure she is nice outside work but my husband and I can taste the misery in our sloppy, cold, uncut food. Please fix this.We can’t take much more.

I got a salad and I guess they don’t chop up ANYTHING any more! I didn’t enjoy eating a whole tomato and having to try and mix everything in the tinny bowl. I don’t know if this is a subways standard or just location.

Poor management and decision making to host a training meeting during business hours; not scheduling staff to work around hours that create income. Witnessed MULTIPLE people being turned away because it seemed the staff wanted to sit around to collect their income. What appeared to be just a group of people in street clothes enjoying their Sunday afternoon until our vehicle and another pulled away.
