I did a call in order & specifically asked for no mushrooms or celery in my food. Upon receiving my order I noticed both items were in my food. When letting the lady behind the counter know of the mistake she proceeded to yell at me and cuss as if the mistake was not her fault.

I was definitely displeased. I ordered 3 wings, small fry, small shrimp fried rice and gravy on the side. Only thing I was fairly pleased with was the fries. They were fresh and seasoned to perfection. Wings weren’t seasoned to urban liking, the shrimp fried rice was so-so, I’m not one who like egg or vegetable in my rice, there was egg and shrimp was small and filled with water

07/24/2024 me and a friend ordered food from here. Well we were have way through and noticed a damn roach in the food! my friend called up there to explain to them the issue, and was told to bring the food back so she could show her “Chef”, she traveled from Md (PG) bk to this side of town for the lady to try and give only half of the money back! Long story short she was able to get all of the money bk had she even though she had to explain to the lady how she regurgitated immediately after locating the bug in the food and again while driving to drop it off. STAY TF AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I lived on Minnesota Ave for almost 10 years and this carry out was my go to carry out. Today I went in and ordered scallops and french fries for my husband. I asked them to fry the french fries hard and put salt, pepper and mumble sauce on them. When the order was complete, and I gave them to my husband, the french fries were soggy with mambo sauce on it. I was still in the parking lot so I walked back in and asked them to fry them hard with salt, pepper, and Mumbo sauce. They remade the french fries, and fried them hard like I asked, but did not put anything on them. For the third time, I walked back in there and said can you please put salt pepper and Mumbo sauce on my French fries. The lady behind the counter said oh my God ma’am what else do you need from us? And then started calling me all foul names and picked up her phone and took a picture of me. Then told me never to come back again. Do you know how many Carryout there are in this area? I will never go to that raggedy place again.

I ordered 6 general tso wings(wingettes)with rice, half steak and cheese, crab sticks and a can ginger ale (which was off brand) for $16.50. When I got my order the crab sticks were not in the bag. I called the lady said she didn’t add the crab sticks to my order. I asked her to explain the charge for my order. She said they have a minimum order price of $12 and a delivery charge of $2.50. These are hidden fees unsuspecting customers like myself do not know of. Never will I order again from this place!

Honestly, I stopped ordering from this place because of the lack of customer service and how frustrating ordering food can be. Again, I do not want to take away from the food, however, I want to normalize being respected when spending your money at an establishment. So… Although the food is tasteful, the lack of service and stuffy atmosphere makes it hard to be a loyal patron.

They are so rude!!!!!!!!!! This lady literally yelled out loud because I couldn’t hear the cash app name and then told me you don’t hear me GIRL!! And the food is disgusting greasy portions are horrible I tried them twice I got a pepper steak. Literally only 1/4 of peppers and a whole onion chopped and a few pieces of beef I was so mad. I was digging through all the onions to find the peppers and beef. The second time I ordered they didn’t deliver my food because they wanted me to pay cash app first which I wasn’t notified of and they only take cash or cash app. If I paid cash then I pay when it’s delivered but why couldn’t I pay cash app when they delivered. I’m not sure! I walked in a wanted a water I was getting my screen do next door and when I said can I have a water she was looking down and ignored me after me asking 3 times and she standing right at the front and taking orders. She flipped her hand at me and that when I told them they are so rude and that’s why it’s always empty in here. After I said that she told me she wouldn’t sell me the water which was fine and that’s their choice. Do not go here they are the rudest carry out I ever came across. My advice Order from Yums one block away. I see why no one is never in there. It’s an even better Chinese takeout right off of.
