We have been ordering from Red’s since we moved to South Fargo area. Experiences were great until last night. Not sure if it was a new person or not working this time. Ordered an East sider for delivery at 5:30. He said 15 minutes, which is good, but I was ok with a little longer because of road conditions. I called at 6:20pm asking if our pizza was coming and apparently it was done a while ago, but it sat there. I live less than 5 minutes from the shop. He talked to someone in shop and said it will be out shortly. I didn’t get the tracking text until i called 50 minutes later and no receipt either. Pizza was cold and warm in some spots. Kind of disappointed from previous great experiences.

Easy to use online ordering, fast preparation. The store was very clean with sodas, cookies, etc. well stocked. Pizza was ready right on time for pickup. Staff was friendly. Food reminded me of what you would get at a bowling alley in a small town in Minnesota in the 1990s but better. The pull tabs are a cute touch.

Do not ever order from this place. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from them and they deliver their own pizzas but you order on DoorDash. I ordered over $40 of food only to be called later saying they didn’t have a driver and could I do pickup. I said no, I was in a hotel. The then told me I would be refunded the payment in 3-5 days. Turns out they completed my order on DoorDash which means I can’t even get a refund. Now I can’t get them to answer the phone or return my messages. Worst restaurant ever.

Tried the “quick lunch today” There was only 1 other person in there with me so they weren’t super busy from what I could see. I figured they had slices ready for the quick lunch so I ordered 1 pep and 1 sausage. I was told the pep had to be cooked so it would “take a couple minutes but it will be fresh” fast forward to 25 minutes later and I’m given my container of food expecting fresh pizza for such a wait. Instead of what I ordered they gave me 2 pep slices and both were old and barely warm! I’m sorry, I know mistakes are to be made but I shouldn’t have waited so long for old pizza.
On the taste, personality I am not for it. The sauce is spicy and has no sweetness. It is overpowering. The cheese is basic and im not sure if it ever had pull because it was so old. They also put the pep under the cheese which I don’t understand as who wants raw pepperoni? I like the crisp edges of pep. Either way it’s not sitting well with my stomach and I won’t be going back. Casey’s slices have this place beat by a longshot and they are a gas station.
The employees were decent and I have no complaints other than making someone wait so long for a wrong order of old pizza.

Excellent choice for super bowl Sunday. Great wings and exceptional pizza. Boy did they put the veggies on our veggie pizza — everyone loved it! I’ll be ordering again.

We were really looking forward to our Savoy’s order and it never showed up. Very disappointed after a long day of shopping! I love their pizza and made the mistake of recommending it to our group where half of them had never tried it. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from the Fargo location again. Terrible customer service.

Got a bbq chicken pizza and tater kegs. Pizza was very good. I asked for only half to have onions, no problem. They even told me which side had the onions when I got it. Tater kegs are interesting. More like hashbrowns shaped like giant tater tots. They do taste good and come with a side of ranch

We ordered a delivery order and never rec’d it. We started calling about 1 hour after placing order and they never took our phone call again. We were in Fargo for the weekend, staying in a hotel, and very disappointed in not getting our order. Will not order from them again.
