Ordered Lamb Vindaloo
I haven’t been to this place in a while as it’s a little pricey for the amount and quality of food.
Nonetheless, I was craving Indian food and they are the only game in town that I know of.
This place changed up their recipe and it’s meh to me. That’s on me, I don’t like the dish.
What I didn’t appreciate was the raw potatoes in the dish.
I could get past the taste and finish my meal, I just know not to order it again, but having raw potatoes in there literally made it inedible. I mean that’s the dish along with a few cubes of mutton.
What got me writing this is the call I just had minutes ago with the restaurant.
I let the lady know who I was, what I purchased, and when I came in.
I let her know that the potatoes were raw and rendered the dish inedible. She said oh, followed by some silence. I was expecting a sorry let us make it up to you by instead got “sorry, thank you for your review”
Mam, I don’t know your name but here is your review. I won’t be coming back and will advise those I know to do the same.

Tasty and fresh, gobi Manchurian could be bigger bites as you want to taste the cauliflower, tandoori plate was very good and lamb korma was creamy.

As you can see in the picture, the tandoori platter is not a platter. It was a $22 bowl of meat and mediocre sauce with some garnish and lemon wedge. chili garlic naan was decent. We won’t order from there again.

I ordered 4 samosas, and they were badly made and completely tasteless. This was the worst food experience I’ve had—absolutely terrible samosas. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was delicious and a large portion with plenty to take home. Very friendly and helpful staff answering questions about the different spices and flavors. Also, they had recommendations based on our taste preferences. Very clean atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

I will never order from Zaika again. I ordered for the first time based on the pictures, but what I received looked nothing like them. When I called to complain, they hung up on me and stopped responding. Very disappointing service — I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

What happened to this place? Used to come with vegetables as described on the menu. All of the things I’ve ordered are supposed to come with bell peppers, onions, and tomato. They used to have chunks of these vegetables in these dishes.. and now it’s just purée. So disappointing, for $70 worth of soups!!!

Always happy to make it to Mooresville for some delicious Indian food. I’ve yet to pick anything that wasn’t wonderful! The butter chicken and chicken korma are some of my favorites. Mago lassi and gulab jamin are a MUST. And don’t skip the paneer pakora appetizer for even the pickyest of eaters.

A nice restaurant at a spacious location. Though named with a tagline as Indian cuisine, it doesn’t serve most of the southern stuff. But Roti and Naan, which are coming under flat-bread category were really authentic and tasty. The Currys and starters we ordered were really tasty. It offers a clean environment for dinning. I would recommend this restaurant if you travel in this area.

The food at this restaurant was absolutely awesome, with incredible flavors and presentation. The atmosphere was also wonderful, creating a great vibe for our meal. Unfortunately, the service was a significant disappointment. The person at the front desk struggled with communication, and it was very difficult to order. We had to point to every dish on the menu for them to understand what we wanted, and they were unable to provide any suggestions for what to order. While we loved the food and the ambiance, the service needs to be improved so that the entire experience is as positive as the kitchen and atmosphere
