WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! Ordered a thin & crispy with light sauce, but received extra sauce. Sent email to corporate who said they would forward the message to the store manager who would reach out within 72 hours. Never heard from them. Sent another email to corporate, but wasn’t as nice this time. They replied stating they were very sorry; that they take customer service seriously, & assured me the manager would be getting in touch with me. Still crickets. Chatted with them about the horrible customer service and again guaranteed they would contact me. Refused to email me a copy of the chat thread so I copied, pasted & saved on my computer. They have yet to contact me! Ordered AGAIN today with light sauce and received regular sauce. They put EXTRA cheese on it all the way onto the crust, which normally some of the bottom of the pizza is showing so you can tell how much sauce is on it. Not today! It was so cheesy there was so much grease on top of the pizza, it caused the crust to not be crispy but so soft that when picking it up, the slice almost bent backwards in half. I cannot eat the sauce, as it makes me sick since my gallbladder removal, but the pizza would be too dry without a little sauce. I wish this Pizza Hut was still as good as when it first opened, but now it is just as bad as the other pizza huts in town, with very poor management as those others too!

This was 2 of my 4 pizzas. The lid was on upside down, causing the toppings to stick, and they were both stacked on the bottom. I feel it was either intentional or laziness.

It’s really nice having a pizza place in a spot like this. The pizza was good. I ordered online and by the time I walked in they were ready. Nice n hot! The only complaint is the lady that handed them to me. When I reach and grabbed them I said thank you! All she says is ummhmmm like she had an attitude. Hope she was just having a bad day.

Pick-up order, large supreme, $25.00. The pizza was not done, crust doughy and vegetables were undercooked. I could see it being cut and asked your associate if it was done, he said yes. Busy night for me and I don’t have time to return it. Very disappointed

I believe in giving credit where it’s due. I went out on a limb and ordered pizza and wings to watch Monday night football. The kicker is that I had not ordered from this pizza hut in about a year because of a very nasty, rude driver. However, we decided to try this location again for pick up. Once I went into the store to get the order, I told the cashier I should have a credit due to the last incident, as indicated by the district manager when I called in my complaint. The young man did not see the credit in the system but wanted to accommodate me for giving them another chance. I appreciated the integrity shown and the willingness to go above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Thank you to the Pizza Hut staff at the Southern Loop location in Shreveport! Good job!

I Sat in the parking lot 55 additional minutes and watch a young man try to give my pizzas to 3 different vehicles 2 of which were In the drive thru!
( I know Makes no sense to me either) i finally go inside and then back outside to to get my pizzas off my hood and leave, After 2 trips thru drive thru only to be told it’s gonna be another 5-7 minutes TWICE!! The young lady blames the young man for not taking order and putting it in the oven, THE young man blames the customers for bringing to much business so in the end of this expierence i have to cold pizzas, I’m an hour an 15 minutes late an out $32 bucs for the above,
Hopefully by Monday Pizza Hut will have resolved this disaster an I’ll post the result, Billy”

I wish I could post a picture. The pizza is soooooo thin it’s basically a thin crust pizza and we got the stuffed crust. I noticed the last time we ordered it was thinner but tonight’s order was unreal. Any frozen pizza would be better and cheaper. It doesn’t even really have a taste anymore. Very little cheese and crunchy crust lol. My whole family actually laughed when we saw it. We will not be ordering Pizza Hut again we will stick with Johnnys. They never disappoint

My husband ordered pizza through the app. The app said it was ready at 6:05. I got there to pick up. Told them I had an order for chase. The lady inside said it was cooking. At 6:30, the lady leaves and someone else comes and asks who I have an order for. I say chase, then she whispers to the people in the back what I had ordered. I waited another 10 minutes, and asked if my pizza was ready. She said no we are trying. So I went inside and 10 minutes later I get the bread sticks and a small cheese pizza. I tell her I also have a pepperoni pizza. She looked in a box, closed it then brought it to me. I walk to the car and check, it was sausage pizza. So I went back inside and waited another 10 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza. Will neverrrrr order from Pizza Hut on southern loop again. They need major help in all areas. The first girl who left, had a register with $8 over, but still left. The manager was on the phone the whole time. Their was only one cook and the Second Lady disappeared in the back.
