The place was very clean. The staff very friendly… Our sandwiches we exceptional. Only thing I felt was they we kinda light on the veggies and basically only had 2 types of bread available. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star. Will definitely return if I get down that way again. Thanks

Ordered off DoorDash, they gave me 6in instead of the footling I ordered. Then didn’t answer the phone when I called after I called a second time they answered and said they where really busy. And I either had to pick up or get a refund through doordash. I decided to pick it up and they literally had one party of 3 in the whole building that was checking out. Not happy with how they handled the situation don’t make a excuses and lie, just admit your mistakes and apologize!

This is sadly a review for corporate and management. I ordered online with a promo code, and it was a disaster. The order didn’t come through to the store. They needed to recharge me in store. They couldn’t use the promo or give me a discount to make it match. The girls were courteous and all. Just extremely disappointed by the corporate experience. I won’t be back.

I order here about once ever 2 weeks. The store is very clean inside and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. There are 2 young men that I always see working and they never miss a beat. Always great attitudes and always friendly. In todays world it’s tough to find that quality. Thank you for another great sandwich today.

Traveling for 2 weeks, got in town late, and got to subway just before closing. Guy behind the counter made a great salad for my wife and a great toasted sandwich for me. He worked to get the shop ready to close without rushing us to finish our dinner. He was very friendly and helpful.

Subway worker RUDE I went in to order lunch with my mother before I had to work and I walked in while talking on the phone, my mother decides to order before me and then the worker started rolling his hands at me to “hurry up” I told them to go ahead and make hers first because I was not ready yet. Mind you, me and my mother are the only ones in the store wanting to order.. no one was at the window or inside , other than a couple who were already eating. He was a African American man I didn’t catch his name but he made me feel very rushed. I hung up the phone and the worker then told me I should’ve been ready to order and he’s got a job to do and he said the people on the phone knew I was at subway so I should’ve just hung up and ordered already. I felt very rushed and I used to be a fast food manager so I understand the frustration but me and my mom were the only ones there.. all I needed was one minute for my very important phone call and the subway worker decided otherwise. I wanted to eat in the store but I decided to take my food home. He made my sandwich which was good, but the way he talked to me and rushed me had ruined my day I could barley enjoy my food. I hope he doesn’t talk to all of his customers the way he talked to me.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!!! Don’t usually leave a bad review at a business but truly have never been treated so poorly! We were not greeted. When I looked at the guy behind the counter, he said nothing but threw his hands in the air as if to say “when are you going to order?”. We let our son finish his order and decided not to give further business. The guy said “is that it? and when we said yes he rudely said “ok?”. When we left there was no thank you. It says that this is a locally owned restaurant but it doesn’t appear that the owner ever reads reviews?

Manager is unwilling to bring a sandwich to delivery window. Sandwich was not toasted COVERED in honey mustard inside and out. Also missing chips and drink. Overall 1/10 experience.

I got a 12 inch asked for only ½ meat and ½ cheese. Requested onion and ADAM gave me a tiny bit of onion and then I said I want alot of pickles, so he gave me a little bit I said, oh, that’s not enough…the lil punk said yes it is enough!!! So I got ½ meat paying for full meat got ½ cheese paid for full cheese and that’s what I asked for, however, when I wanted more pickles he basically tried to reprimand me and tell me there was enough pickles when there clearly wasn’t. Braums gives more pickles on a junior burger than this guy would give me on a footlong! Needless to say I was furious, but did not argue as there were customers behind me that I knew were there on lunch break and I didn’t want to hold them up. Chrissy checked us out and she was very sweet and professional, she needs a raise having to work with ADAM!
I’m 56 and to have a 20 something kid treat me a PAYING CUSTOMER that way after I’m already paying full price for ½ the meat and cheese… a lot of kids today are SO DISRESPECTFUL and he is one of them!
If you have a complaint good luck finding a number to contact corporate. If you call this Guymon store they will answer after about 10 rings by lifting the receiver and slamming it down in your ear.

Poor Manager experience. He chose to argue with an employee who was working and he ignored myself at the register and another customer just so he can have the last word and got even louder and told the guy to clock out. Finally had to ask if he could ring me up and still chose to get loud. You do that in private don’t make a spectacle of yourself. You need new manager because it seems ever since this one has been here it’s gone downhill.
