Just ate here and let me tell you It was Delicious with a capital D! Its located in the old AJs restaurant across the street from the train station and it’s definitely upgraded! The food was made perfectly with all the comforting New Mexico flavors you crave. Chile was on point and the freshly made sopapillas were amazing! The service was great and very accommodating to dietary restrictions. I will be going back asap!

Today, I visited Joshua’s Restaurant and had the most amazing Carne Asada tacos I’ve enjoyed in a long time. It felt so good to go out and savor a delicious meal. The tacos were absolutely fire —I loved every bite. And don’t forget the sopapillas, of course—you can’t go without those, along with some honey. You should definitely stop by and grab some!

Joshua’s on Highway 314 is new and we enjoyed our visit! The portions were awesome, and the food was amazingly delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and took very good care of us. I enjoyed the lunch special red chile enchiladas, yummy! The dining area was clean and fresh, will definitely be going back to visit soon.
