The big difference between Jersey Mike’s and Subway is one thing- quality. Unfortunately, after today, there is no difference anymore. I found a hair in my sandwich, absolutely repulsive. The cookie that I got with that sandwich? Raw. Tell your teenage employees to step it up.

i’ve been coming here regularly since i moved here a year and a half ago and had no issues until today. I ordered via uber eats and this is what my sandwich looked like when i received it. AND another item from my order was missing. This sandwich was completely unsalvageable i tried to save it. I had to throw it out.
