My bartender Callie was awesome. She made sure my time was well enjoyed. The food was great. Had the Rib Eye steak special. Perfectly made. I always enjoy myself when i come here when I’m in town passing through. Had a great time always. A must stop place if your in the area. Hidden Gem in Lake City PA

EDIT: The owners comment is extremely uncalled for. I don’t write reviews for attention, I write reviews for other people to know what to expect. It’s not “story time” when I’ve had bigger wings for a cheaper price. And my husband and I were great customers. We had a waitress who was just learning and we were patient and pleasant with her because she was with us. Mutual respect is a thing. Owner is the reason we shall not return. Such a shame too… maybe the owner should spend more time thanking the customers that put good reviews rather than writing nasty comments to the ones who didn’t have a good experience.
My husband and I went here for the first time the other day. When we got our burgers we were surprised at the size of them. They were huge. Then we got our wings… we got the 10 wings which were $10. The wings were some of the smallest wings I’ve ever had! Not worth $1 a piece. I took a bite out of my burger and was very disappointed… it wasn’t anything special. It was just a bland tasting burger even though I got cheese and bacon on it. After we were just about finished with our meal, the owner comes out and basically yells at the waitress, in front of customers I must add, that there were no plates in the back. After a little bit, he comes back out and tells a customer that they doesn’t add anything to the specialty pizzas because he can’t promise that it will stay on or taste the same. He then told the customer that he did put the mushrooms on anyway but he wasn’t making any promises that they would stay on. When he came back out to bring the pizza out to that customer, he then sat at the bar next to them, which is fine, but them hewhistled at three one waitress to get her attention… like what!?!?! She has a name!! He was just all around cocky and rude. On top of that, our bill came to about $50 and I was not impressed with the mediocre food. We will not be returning!

This was our first time there and we loved the food. Chili was very good. Would reccomend the corn bread to go with it. My husband ordered a burger and couldn’t finish the whole thing because it was so big. I ordered the chicken salad. It was very yummy with the perfect touch of sweet and salty including cranberries in the salad and french fries on top! The lettuce and veggies were fresh. We were too full for dessert but look forward to going back and trying funnel fries or deep fried apples and ice cream! Service was excellent!

Love this place! It’s our favorite go-to local spot for great burgers (huge!) and an awesome selection of beer. Our daughter is vegetarian and loves that Mike’s offers options for her as well. I also recommend the Italian Panini- my fave!

My wife and I ate here earlier this week. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a typical sports bar. There was a lot on the menu that sounded good. We both ordered burgers that were bland and filled with grease. My wife’s burger was so greasy that she took one bite and didn’t touch it again. We also got wings. I couldn’t even get through the second one because all I tasted again was grease. As we were finishing up our meal the owner came out and yelled at one of the staff member in front of everyone in the restaurant. He later came out telling a customer that he could not customize their order. What happened to the customer is always right. Overall our experience was not very good. The food was nothing to recommend and the way the owner treats his customers and staff is no way to run a business. I’m sure he will reply with some negative response like he does on almost all the bad reviews but I would just like to warn future customers.

Mikes has a great selection of beers and food that easily surpasses any sports bar experience you are likely to encounter. They are sometimes too busy and that will make the wait for service seem long but that’s what happens at a successful restaurant. Despite that we like Mike’s!

Price is high, especially for the area but the food is always great. They’ve also gotten better about speed but if you’re going in with a big group (6+), expect an hour minimum. We’ve only been in for lunch which is served only on Friday’s and weekends now.

The owner was there when we were in, he was talking to staff and was incredibly rude to them. The owner was also rather “grabby” with a server, she didn’t seem to mind but it made us REALLY uncomfortable. The food was just ok, there are far better places to eat. The prices were ridiculous for the quality of food. Not a great place and we won’t be back, I’ll also go so far as to steer people I know away from this place.

Food is good. Servers are friendly. Good selection of beer and alcohol. They have live music time to time which is nice. Clean establishment. They have an outdoor patio area to sit at when weather is good.
